この発明は、ニューマチックケーソン工法における掘削
土砂の(煎出装置に関するものである。
〈従来の技術と技術課題〉
従来、ニューマチックケーソン工法における掘削土砂の
搬出は第5図に示すように、掘削機(図示しない)によ
り掘削された土砂を土砂搬出用バケツlに積込み、この
土砂搬出用バケツ1を、作業室2と外部とをに部に設け
られたロック装置3を介して連通ずる中空円筒状の立管
4内を、クレーン等により垂直方向に吊り」二げること
により、掘削土砂を大気中に搬出していた。
この時、1個のバケツにより土砂を搬出したのでは掘削
機による土砂積込みに時間を要し、土砂の1般出能率が
悪いため、2個の土砂搬出用バケツ1.1゛ を用い、
一方の土砂搬出用バケツ1が立管4内を通って吊り上げ
られ、大気中に土砂が搬出され、空になった土砂搬出用
バケッ1が再びロンク装置3、立管4内を通って作業室
2内に戻ってくる間、他方の土砂搬出用バケッ1゛には
、作業室2内において掘削機により土砂を積込み、掘削
土砂の積み込み、搬出作業を2個のバヶッ1.1゛を用
いて交互に行うことにより、掘削土砂の1般出能率を増
大するようにしている。
しかしながら、2個のバケッ1.1“を用いる場合、作
業室2内に作業員5を配置して、人力にて土砂(般出用
バケツの吊り」二げ用のワイヤーロープ6を付は替えな
ければならず、潜函本体7の沈設深度が深くなるにした
がって、作業室2内の気圧も高くなるため、作業員5の
作業室2内における作業時間を短縮させなければならず
、作業能率が低下する欠点があった。
この発明は前記の欠点を解消し、掘削土砂の搬出能率が
高く、作業室内に作業員を配置することなく、掘削土砂
を搬出する装置を提供することを目的とする。

前記の従来技術が有していた技術課題を解決するため、
この発明のニューマヂノクケーソン工法における土砂搬
出装置は、
掘削機により掘削、積み込まれた土砂を蝶番付された底

ェーン26を繰り出して土砂積替用バケッ27の蝶番付
された底蓋28.28゛を開くことにより、土砂を土砂
積替用バケッ27がら土砂搬出用バヶッ14に積み替え
て、走行台車44を水平移動し、土砂搬出用バケツ14
を立管13、ロック装置12を介して大気中に搬出する
ようにしたものである。
〈実施例〉
以下、この発明の一実施例を添イ;(図面に基づいて詳
細に説明する。
第1〜2図において、潜函本体8の作業室9の天井スラ
ブ10には開口部11が設けられ、作業室9と外部とを
上部に設はられたロック装置12を介して連通ずる中空
円筒状の立管13が、前記開口部11を覆うように気密
状態に載置されている。14は、作業室9より立管13

気密状態に載置されている。
この立管18の上部には、支持梁20が取りつけられ、

〈作 用〉
り上のように構成されたこの発明の土砂搬出装置による
掘削土砂の搬出方法を以下に説明する。
