Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、エンジン、ポンプ、減速機等所謂
噴霧作動の動力源を搭載する原動フレームと、噴
霧用のホース、ノズル等を支持する巻取りドラム
を装備せるホースフレームを必要に応じて工具類
を利用することなく簡便に着脱可能な可搬型動力

従来の可搬型動力噴霧機にあつては、たとえば
第1図に見るように、一対のゴム製車輪r,rを
回転自在に支持した支軸1の端部に、倒U字形の
左方の保持体21の直立片v1の下端の折曲部c1,
c1を鋲もしくはピンのような止着具iで固定する
一方、左・右夫々の保持体21,22の水平片h1,
h2相互を連結パイプ31,32で連結すると共に、
保持体21,22の折曲部c1,c2の夫々先端を、下
面が平坦状のゴム製制止体S1,S2に貫通させ、載
置盤4の前後の垂下片5,5(ただし後方の夫れ
は見えないが)内側に沿設・当接させ、これら保
持体21,22に亘つて収納された中継パイプ23
と、保持体21,22とに鋲もしくはボルト、ナツ
トのような止着具6を貫通・止着することで支軸
1、保持体21,22、中継パイプ23、載置盤4
を一体的に結合し、なお、保持体22の直立片v2
の中途に枢着された取手yを把持して持ち上げる
ときは、前記ゴム製車輪r,rの転動で後述の原
動フレームAを移動可能である。前記載置4にエ
ンジン7、減速機8、ポンプ9、空気室10、調
圧弁11等の所謂噴霧用の動力機器を搭載してあ
る。しかして、支軸1、保持体21,22、中継パ
イプ31,32を含めた結合体を便宜上、原動フレ
ームAと称する。またホース12を巻回せる巻取
機13を回転自在に支持した倒U字形のホースフ
レームBを、一体に形成し、下方の水平部141,
142を定着せる台盤15の前方の端部両側の
夫々に、一対のフオーク状からなる取付片e,e
を固定・垂下し、これら取付片e,eで前記連結
パイプ31を挟み、ついでばね座金16を介し段
付ボルト17を挿通し、ナツト(図示しない)で
締着すると共に、保持体21,22の水平片h1,h2
外側に台盤15の垂下片18を当接した後、ここ
に一対の蝶ボルト19を挿入・固定することで、
台盤15を原動フレームA上に定置可能となる。
以上述べたことから、原動フレームAとホースフ
レームBとの結合には、ボルト、ナツトもしくは
鋲のような止着と、之を締着するためのスパナの
ような工具とが必要なため、両フレームの結合を
簡易に行ない難く、また前記止着具、工具が手許
にないとき、もしくは破損したときには結合が事
実上不可能となる。そこでこの考案は前記のよう
な欠点を是正する意図のもとに、原動フレーム、
保持フレームとを相互に嵌脱可能なパイプ形式を
採用し、その嵌脱個所において頭部付き接続ピン
と抜け止めピンとを利用することで、双方のフレ
ームを極めて簡単に着脱し得ると共に、スパナの
ような工具を必要としない可搬型動力噴霧機のフ

フレーム24および支柱25を含めて原動フレー
ムFと称する。またホースqの巻取りドラムDを
回転自在に支持したパイプ状の保持フレームHの
後端を、前記膨出部t内に挿脱自在となし、その
挿入時において、膨出部t、保持フレームHの
夫々に穿設された適数個(ここでは2個)の通孔
k,nに、頭部u付きの接続ピン26を貫通・突
出させ、該接続ピン26の他端の通孔mに抜け止
めピン27を挿通して膨出部tと保持フレームH
との双方を結合可能としてある。図中、28は空
気室、29はポンプPとホースqとを連結する送
液管、30は巻き取りハンドル、31はノズル、
32は包囲フレーム24に枢着した取手、であ

で接続ピンを取り外すことで双方の部材を容易に
分離でき、しかもこれら膨出部と保持フレームと
の結合もしくは分離に際し、従来におけるボル
ト、ナツトもしくは鋲のような止着具と、この止
着具の締着もしくは弛緩のためのスパナのような
工具の利用を全く省略できる上に、着脱操作自体
が従来に比し極めて簡単であるから、利用者にと
つてはその取扱いの容易な上に、構造自体におい
て妄りに複雑化する惧れもないので、堅牢・安価
