Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve safety performance by installing an on/off valve which opens and closes a suction port of a first suction pipe and that of a second suction pipe respectively in conformity with fluctuations in the oil level in a first oil receiving pan and a second oil receiving pan. CONSTITUTION:When an oil fan heater is slantingly installed with the right side raised at an inclination angle of about 10 degrees, a float switch 17 in a left sided oil receiving pan 9 is turned on, thereby halting combustion and closing an on/off valve 15, which forces to break up the communication between a right sided oil receiving pan 7 and the left sided oil receiving pan 9 and prevents the oil in the right sided oil receiving par from flowing out into the left sided oil receiving pan 9. When the oil fan heater is slantingly installed with the left side raised, a float switch 16 in the right sided oil receiving pan 10 is turned on, thereby closing the on/off valve 15. Therefore, even when the heater is installed with the left side raised, there will be no communication between the right sided oil receiving pan 7 and the left sided oil receiving pan 9, which prevents the oil in the left sided oil receiving pan 9 from flowing out into the right sided oil receiving pan 7.

(b) Conventional technology In this type of liquid fuel combustion device, a predetermined amount of oil is supplied from the oil supply tank to the oil pan. By supplying oil to a combustion part such as a burner using a fuel pump such as a magnetic pump, combustion is performed in the combustion part. However, since the capacity of the fuel tank (3 to 51) was small, it was necessary to refuel frequently. Therefore, in the method disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-5412, a fuel tank and an oil pan are provided on the left and right sides of the combustion section, and the heights of the oil outlet of the left and right fuel tanks are set to be different. Even if one fuel tank becomes empty, fuel is supplied from the other fuel tank and combustion continues.

(c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention This type of liquid fuel combustion device has the advantage that combustion can be continued for a longer period of time compared to a device with a single fuel tank and oil pan, and the hassle and hindrance of refueling can be reduced. be. However, since the left and right oil pans communicate through the combustion part, if the combustion device is installed tilted, there is a risk that the oil in one oil pan will move to the other oil pan, causing an oil leak. there were.

Therefore, in recent years, a safe liquid fuel combustion device has been developed that does not cause oil leakage even if the combustion device is installed at an angle (inclination angle of 10 degrees or less). This combustion device is shown in Figure 6. When one oil supply tank (A) becomes empty and the oil in one oil pan (B) decreases, the oil transfer pump (C) is activated and the other oil tank (A) becomes empty. The oil replenished from the oil supply tank (d) to the other oil pan (ladle) is transferred to one oil pan (b), and the oil that was blocked in the transfer is transferred to the combustion part (to) to the fuel pump (to). ).

In this case, the combustion device is installed at an angle because oil is transferred from the other oil pan (wood) to one oil pan (b) only when the oil level in one oil pan (b) decreases. Even in the case of oil leakage, the oil from the other oil pan (0) will not flow out into one oil pan (0), and there is no risk of oil leakage.

(d) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a combustion section such as a burner, a fuel pump that supplies oil to the combustion section, and first and second oil pumps that store the oil pumped by the fuel pump. A first pumping pipe led out from the first oil receiving tray and a second pumping pipe led out from the second oil receiving tray, comprising a receiving tray and first and second oil supply tanks for replenishing oil to these oil receiving trays. At least one of the pumping pipes is provided with an on-off valve, or an on-off valve is provided in at least one of the pumping pipes on the upstream side of the fuel pump, or a valve is installed in the first and second oil pans to respond to fluctuations in the oil level in these oil pans. 1st and 2nd
The structure is equipped with on-off valves that open and close the suction ports of the pumping pipes.

(f) Effect With this configuration, oil continues to be supplied to the combustion section until the oil in the first oil tank and the second oil tank are emptied, so that combustion can be continued for a long time. In this way, since the oil in both the first oil tank and the second oil tank is used, there is no need to refuel frequently.
The first pumping pipe led out from the first oil receiving tray and the second pumping pipe led out from the second oil receiving tray are communicated with each other on the upstream side of the fuel pump, and at least one pumping pipe is provided with an on-off valve. , by providing on-off valves in the first and second oil pans that open and close the suction ports of the first and second pumping pipes, respectively, in accordance with fluctuations in the oil level in these oil pans, the combustion device can be activated. If the installation is tilted, the oil in one oil pan can be prevented from being transferred to the other oil pan, so there is no need to worry about oil leakage, and the oil can be transferred separately from the fuel pump that supplies oil to the combustion section. Since it does not require a separate pump, there is no need to increase the number of expensive pumps used.
It is possible to suppress a significant increase in costs while increasing safety.

Next, as shown in Fig. 3, when this oil fan heater is tilted upward to the right at an inclination angle of approximately 10 degrees, the float switch 17) in the left oil pan (9) is turned on.
As a result, combustion is stopped and the on-off valve 15〉 is closed, and the right oil pan (7) and the left oil pan (9) no longer communicate with each other, and the oil in the right oil pan (7) is transferred to the left oil pan (7). 9) If the oil fan heater is installed tilted upward to the left, contrary to the tilted state described above, the float switch (16) in the right oil pan (10) will turn on. Since the on-off valve (15) is closed, even if the installation is tilted upward to the left, the right oil pan (7) and the left oil pan (9) will no longer communicate with each other, and the left oil pan (9) will not communicate with the left oil pan (9). Oil is on the right oil pan (7)
It does not flow out to the side.

), so even if the kerosene fan heater is installed at an angle, there is no need to worry about oil from one oil pan moving to the other oil pan and causing an oil leak. , which has excellent safety, and does not require a pump for oil transfer in addition to the fuel pump (13) that supplies oil to the burner (4), which is required in the past, reducing the number of expensive pumps used. There is no need to increase the cost, and the cost does not increase significantly.

(G) Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is configured as described above, combustion can be continued until multiple refueling tanks are empty, reducing the frequency of refueling, which not only improves usability. This prevents oil from moving from one oil pan to the other even if the equipment is installed tilted, eliminating the risk of oil leakage, improving safety, and eliminating the need for expensive pumps. There is no need to increase the number of devices used, the increase in cost can be suppressed, and an inexpensive device can be provided.
