PURPOSE:To make it possible to remove a cap body readily with a pincette by providing a structure wherein the front edge of the bottom part is brought into contact with a stopping part of a stage part when the cassette is coupled, and the bottom surface of the rear part is slightly floating from the mounted surface when the pawl part of the rear part of the cap part is mounted on the mounting stage piece of the stage part in this size of the structure. CONSTITUTION:A cassette 9 comprises a cassette base body 91 and a cap part 92. The front edge of the bottom part of the cassette 9 is brought into contact with a stopping part 2 of a stage part 1 on a working table B. A pawl part 94 of the cap part 92 is mounted on a mounting part 5 of a mounting stage piece 4, and the cassette 9 is coupled. At this time, the bottom surface of the rear part of the cassette 9 is slightly floating from the table B in this size of the structure. The working is performed with a pincette (P) so that paraffin is not attached to hands. When the central part of the cap part 92 is pushed down with the P, the cap part 92 is deformed downward, and the engagement of hinge parts 95 and 96 are released. The cap part 92 is removed from the base body 92 and picked up with the P. Thus, the cap part 92 can be quickly removed readily with the P and the like without the direct contact of the hand on the cassette 9.

In order to perform a histopathological examination, it is necessary to convert the collected tissue into a tissue specimen according to a certain method. A so-called tissue specimen cassette (hereinafter simply referred to as a cassette) is used as a device for this purpose. A cassette consists of a cassette base with an open top and a bottom surface having a large number of through holes, and a plate-like lid body which is detachably attached to the opening of the cassette base and also has a large number of through holes. The procedure for preparing a tissue specimen using a cassette is as follows. ■ Place the sample into the cassette base, attach the lid, and immerse the cassette in a chemical solution to dehydrate the water in the tissue of the sample. (2) Remove the cassette from the chemical solution and immerse it in molten paraffin, which is an embedding agent, to allow the paraffin to penetrate into if 4% of the sample. ■ Pull up the cassette) from the molten paraffin, remove the lid and take out the sample from inside. 8. Embedded U + Kotazu with about half of melted paraffin in it. ■ Place the cassette base on the top of the embedding dish with the bottom facing down, and fill it with molten paraffin through the permeation hole to embed it in the supine position. ■ When the paraffin is cooled and solidified, the cassette base and the paraffin block in which the tissue is embedded are left to rest. The paraffin block is then separated from the embedding dish. Note that the cassette base serves as a base when attaching a paraffin block to a micro-me (thin slicer). In step (3) above, to remove the lid from the cassette base, hold both sides of the cassette base between your thumb and middle finger, and hook your index finger onto the claw at the rear of the lid to remove it. However, this conventional method had the following problems. That is, when removing the lid with your fingers, the molten paraffin adheres to your fingers, making it hot and difficult to remove. Also, if paraffin + or I gets on your fingers, it hardens and becomes dirty, so you need to wipe it off quickly, but it is a pain to wipe it off every time. [Object of the present invention] An object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily remove the lid of a cassette in the tissue sample preparation process using a bottle set or the like without touching the cassette. [Configuration of the present invention] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the objectives, the configuration of the present invention, which is Hf15, is as follows. That is, the present invention includes a base, the base has a stop part,
Fit facing the stop part! A mounting table device is provided, and the mounting table piece is located at a position where the claw at the rear of the lid of the cassette is placed on the top when the front end of the bottom of the cassette is brought into contact with the stop portion and the cassette is inserted. and f
ll! This is a lid opening aid for tissue sample cassettes, and the height of the neck stand piece is set so that it rises slightly from the rear bottom surface of the cassette or the installation surface when it is inserted. The base has a shape that allows it to be stably installed on a horizontal installation surface, and is, for example, rod-shaped or plate-shaped. The frame-shaped material may be made of, for example, a metal wire, or a heavy casting may be used to increase stability. Further, in order to prevent the molten paraffin dripping from the cassette from accumulating, the base portion may be provided with an outflow portion for allowing the molten paraffin to flow out of the frame. The structure of the outflow portion is not particularly limited; for example, a member may be bent to form a gap between it and the installation surface, or a structural portion may be provided. Note that a flat plate-shaped workbench may be used as the platform, and a stop portion and a mounting table piece may be provided at arbitrary locations on the platform. [Example] The present invention will be described in more detail based on an example shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment. The lid opening aid has a base part 1 which is a frame made of metal wire. The stand ri1's i is rectangular in plan view and consists of a short side member 11.12 and a long side member 13.14. The other short side member 11 serves as a stop part 2 against which the front end of the bottom of the cassette comes into contact when inserting a cassette 1-9, which will be described later. ,
This makes it easy to insert the cassette 9. Further, a mounting table piece 4 is erected at the center of the other short side member 12, and the top thereof is in contact with the mounting section 5 2J. The mounting table piece 4 connects the bottom front end side of the cassette 9, which will be explained later, to the stop part 2.
When the cassette 9 is inserted, the cassette 9
The claw portion 94 at the rear of the lid body 92 is disposed at a position where it is placed on the placing portion 5. Further, the height of the mounting table piece 4 is set so that the rear bottom surface of the cassette base body 91 is slightly raised from the installation surface when the user is not busy. The long side members 13 and 14 are formed with their central portions slightly curved upward in order to provide a gap between them and the installation surface. This prevents molten paraffin from accumulating on the inside of the table 1. Incidentally, reference numeral 6 is a stabilizing member for stabilizing the base portion 1. (Function) Figure 2 shows the state in which the cassette is inserted into the lid opening aid 6
.. The fourth perspective view and FIG. 3 are explanatory diagrams showing the method of opening the lid. The cassette 9 is made of plastic deck and consists of a cassette base 91 and a lid 92. The lid body 92 is provided with a large number of transmission holes 93, and a claw portion 94 is formed in the center of the rear side. The lid body 92 is latched from the front with a latching claw (not shown),
The rear part is held in place by six removable hinge parts 95.96, and this is done by removing the lid body 92 and unlatching the J hinge part 95.96.
Ru. Then, as explained in (e) and (2) Steps for returning to the steps for creating the textile marker, the sample can be prepared without removing the sample from inside. How to use the lid opening aid is as follows. 0] Place the lid opening aid on workbench B, which is the top surface. 2. As shown in FIG.
is placed on the mounting portion 5 of the mounting table piece 4 and fitted into the lid opening aid. At this time, the bottom surface of the rear side of the cassette 9 is slightly raised from the workbench B. Note that this operation is performed indirectly using a pincer l-P or the like so that the molten paraffin does not get on your hands. ■ As shown in Fig. 3, when the approximately central part of the lid body 92 is pushed in the direction of the arrow with the pincer l-P, the central part of the lid body 92 deforms downward, and the reaction causes the hinge parts 95 and 96 to latch. The lid 92 is released and removed from the cassette base 91. At this time, the molten paraffin that was in the cassette 9 (=J) and flowed onto the workbench B flows out of the workbench 1 through the gap S between the long side members 13, 14 of the workbench B and the workbench B. It flows out and does not accumulate inside, and the molten paraffin does not splash due to contact between the bottom surface of the cassette base 91 and the workbench B when the hinge parts 95 and 96 are released. All you have to do is pick it up and take out the sample 1' inside the cassette base 91. Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the second embodiment. It has a base plate 7 which is a base part of the plate.A stop plate 71 is formed on one of the short sides of the base plate 7, and a mounting plate 71 is formed on the other short side. 72) is formed, and the top part serves as a mounting part 73. The positional relationship between the stop plate 71 and the placement plate 72 and the height of the placement plate 72 are the same as the relationship between the stop portion 2 and the placement member 4 in the above embodiment. Regarding the operation and effect, in the case of the lid opening aid of this embodiment, the substrate 7 is made into a thin flat plate to prevent molten paraffin from accumulating. Almost the same. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the third embodiment. The base portion 8 of the IJ in this embodiment is made of padding and is formed into a rectangular frame shape. The base part 8 has a short side part (A 81.82) and a long side part 83.84. -1. Also, the bottom of the inner surface of each part is large enough to allow the cassette 9 to be positioned with some margin.A mounting table piece 85 is installed near the inner surface at the center of the upper surface of the short side member 82. Outflow portions 86 and 87 are provided at three locations near the end of the bottom surface of the short side member 82.The functions and effects are almost the same as those of the first embodiment. There is an advantage that the cassette 9 can be inserted more easily due to the inclined inner surface 810.830.84.0 of the short side O 81 and the long side lJ'83.84. The present invention is not limited to the above, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims. [Effects of the Invention] The present invention has the above configuration and has the following effects. Namely, the present invention The problem with using a lid-opening aid is that the removal of the cassette lid in the tissue specimen preparation process can be done easily and quickly using a Vincera [etc.] without touching the cassette directly.J: The cassette is not contaminated with molten paraffin, and there is no need to take the trouble of wiping it off each time, which is required in the conventional method. In addition, the cassette has an outflow port on the platform, which prevents molten paraffin from accumulating on the workbench at the bottom of the cassette during work. Therefore, molten paraffin does not splash due to contact between the bottom surface of the cassette and the workbench when the hinge portion is released, and there is no problem such as staining the surrounding area.
