Abstract

A soft magnetic material is used only for the one ferrite material to form a magnetic thin film 4 and further, a thin film of a nonmagnetic material is formed on the ferrite material in order to provide a magnetic gap 5. The respective magnetic materials are joined by a high-temp. heating treatment using welding glass 6.
