号を送出する複数の距離検出器と、該距離検出信
号に基づいて前記バージ船の喫水レベル及び前記
バージ船の傾斜量を算出する第1の算出手段と、
前記算出傾斜量に基づいて前記案内シユートの前
記バージ船に対する目標位置を算出する第2の算
出手段と、前記駆動手段の駆動量を検出する駆動
量検出器と、該検出駆動量に基づいて前記案内シ
ユートの現位置を知り、該現位置と前記目標位置
とに応じて前記駆動手段を制御する制御手段とを
