Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a product of good quality generating no leakage of urethane by a method wherein the engaging part of a skin material is provided to a foaming mold to be attached to the skin material in a detachable manner and the skin material is inserted in the foaming mold and a urethane solution is injected in the foaming mold to engage the engaging member with an engaging part to position the skin material within the foaming mold and foamed under heating after clamping. CONSTITUTION:An engaging part 10 is provided to a foaming mold 5 and a setting pin 11 engageable with the engaging part 10 is attached to a skin material 2 in a detachable manner. The skin material 2 is inserted in the foaming mold 5 and a urethane solution is injected in the mold from a mixing head nozzle 6. The setting pin 11 is engaged with the engaging part 10 to position and set the skin material 2 and an upper lid 5a is closed to foam the urethane solution under heating. Since the skin material 2 is fixed to the foaming mold 5, the leakage of urethane from a mating surface is prevented. In this case of the skin material 2 having a tab piece 2b sewn thereon, the setting pin 11 is attached to the tab piece 2b and the spring 12 becoming the engaging part is arranged in the foaming mold 5 and the setting pin 11 is engaged with the spring 12 to fix the tab piece 2b and the wrinkles or deformation of a root part can be prevented.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its gist is to provide a locking part for positioning the skin material on a foam mold, An engaging member that engages and disengages from the locking portion is removably attached to the locking portion, and a skin material is inserted into the foam mold, and urethane liquid is injected to lock the engaging member to the stop portion to attach the skin material to the foam mold. It is characterized by heating and foaming at a required temperature after positioning the insert part inside the mold and closing the mold with or without loading the insert part.

Function> In the above manufacturing method, after the urethane liquid is injected, the locking member stops and positions the skin material in the locking part of the foam mold, and prevents the urethane from leaking out due to the upper mating part of the slanted skin material being pushed and spread. It also prevents wrinkles and deformation, resulting in a product of good quality.

<Example> An actual example of the method of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In FIG. 1, 5 is a foam mold, and 5a is an upper lid. This foam mold 5 is provided with a locking portion 10 such as a groove. Further, a set pin 11 which can be engaged with and detached from the locking portion 10 is detachably attached to the skin material 2.

In such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 4(A),
The skin material 2 is inserted into the foam mold 5, and urethane liquid is injected from the mixing head nozzle 6. At this time, the insert part 4 may or may not be inserted and suspended if necessary, and the set pin 11 is locked to the locking part 10 as shown in FIG. 4(B). Then, as shown in FIG. 4(C), the upper 11
5a is closed and heated (for example, with steam) at a required temperature (for example, 80 to 100°C) to foam.

In addition, in the armrest 1 in which the knob 2b is sewn to the skin material 2, as shown in FIG. 4(A), a set pin 11 is attached to the knob 2b, A spring 12 serving as a locking portion is installed inside the foaming mold 5, and by locking the set pin 11 to this spring 12, the knob piece 2b, which was in a free state, is moved into the foaming mold 5.
It is securely fixed in a fixed position inside, and the attachment of the knob 2b prevents the root from wrinkling or deforming. In this case, when the product is demolded upward after foaming, the spring 12 is elastically deformed upward and the set pin 11 easily releases its engagement, as shown in FIG. 4(B).

As shown in FIG.
3, a tension spring 14, and a guide 15, and as shown in FIGS. 6(A) and 6(B), a piece of the hinge 16 is always pressed downward by the spring force on the foam mold 5. It is possible to change the design such that the set pin 11 is fixed with a screw and the set pin 11 is pressed and locked with the other piece.

Furthermore, as a means for setting the insert part 4 into the foaming mold 5, as shown in FIG. By adopting a configuration in which the component 4 is magnetically attracted, it is possible to eliminate the setting pin on at least one side, and it is possible to improve the workability of setting the insert component 4 and to prevent the generation of wrinkles due to displacement of the skin material 2.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the present invention provides a foam mold with a locking part for positioning a skin material, and removably attaches an engaging member that engages and disengages with the locking part to the skin material. The skin material was inserted into the foam mold, urethane liquid was injected, the engaging member was locked in the locking part, the skin material was positioned in the foam mold, and the mold was closed with or without insert parts loaded. Since this is a method for manufacturing a skin-integrated urethane foam that is subsequently heated and foamed at a required temperature, the upper joint of the skin material will not be pushed and expanded by the foaming of the urethane, and leakage of urethane from the joint is prevented. It is now possible to easily position and fix free parts that are difficult to position and fix within the foam mold, and as a result, we can produce high-quality skin-integrated urethane foam products without urethane leakage, skin wrinkles, or deformation. It has a special effect that can be provided.
