Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a headrest wherein there exists no possibility of leakage of a foamable stock soln. from a pouring hole which serves both a frame inserting hole and the pouring hole for the foamable stock soln. and is excellent for hermeticity and a partial overlapping part is prevented from being generated and snaking and failure of appearance such as lifting are prevented from being generated due to difference in foaming pressure. SOLUTION: The one end edge 12a of a pouring hole 12 of a skin material 11 of a headrest is folded back to the inside and the first sewn part 14 is formed by performing a folded-back sewing only on the one end edge 12a side of the hole 12. The end part being on the extended line in the left and right direction of the hole 12 and the folded sewing of the one end edge 12a side of the pouring hole 12 form the second sewn part 16 wherein the folded sewing of the one end edge 12a is brought into contact with the surface side of another end edge 12b and both end edges 12a and 12b are integrally sewn.

In order to prevent the foaming undiluted solution 3a from leaking to the outside from the frame insertion / foaming undiluted solution injection port 5 of the skin material 1, the injection port 5 is formed by folding back the edges 5a and 5b of the skin material 1 respectively. Has been done. The frame 2 is inserted from the frame insertion / foaming stock solution injection port 5 and the vertical rod 2
With the front end side of a, 2a protruding outward from the insertion holes 1b, 1b (only one is shown), the skin material 1 is arranged in the foaming mold, and foaming is performed from the frame insertion / foaming stock solution injection port 5. After the injection head for injecting the stock solution 3a is inserted to inject the foaming stock solution 3a into the skin material 1, the injection head is pulled out, and then the pad material 3 is foam-molded by foaming cure treatment.

However, when the frame insertion / foaming stock solution injection port 5 is provided, the injection port 5 is separately provided.
Although there is an advantage that it is not necessary to close the work piece with a closing member or the like, there is a fear that the bending directions of the edges 5a and 5b of the injection port 5 of the skin material 1 are not stable. That is, FIG.
As shown in (b), the edge 5a of the skin material 1 is partially folded back due to foaming pressure, or the edge 5a of the skin material 1 is folded.
In the state in which b is hung down, and as shown in FIG. 3C, the edge 5a of the skin material 1 is partially folded back,
The edge 5b overlaps with the partially folded edge 5a, which may cause meandering due to a difference in foaming pressure at a partially overlapped portion after foam molding, or may cause appearance defects such as floating. Had.

The present invention has been made by paying attention to the unsolved problem of the above-mentioned conventional example, and there is a risk that the foaming stock solution leaks from the injection port while using both the frame insertion port and the foaming stock solution injection port. To provide a foam headrest integrated with a skin material, which has excellent sealing property, prevents the occurrence of a partial overlapping portion, and does not cause a meandering due to a difference in foaming pressure or a defective appearance such as floating. It is an object.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the foam headrest integrated with skin material according to claim 1 of the present invention is connected to the headrest frame from the inlet of the skin material of the headrest, and the headrest frame. With the stay inserted, the tip side of the headrest stay is projected outward from the stay insertion hole of the skin material and inserted and held, and the skin material is placed on the foam molding die. In the foam headrest integrated with the skin material formed by integrally foaming the pad material by injecting the foaming undiluted solution from the inlet, only one edge side of the inlet is folded back and sewn inward, and the extension line in the left-right direction of the inlet is the inlet. Along with the fold stitch on the one end edge side, the fold stitch on the one end edge side is brought into contact with the surface side on the other end edge side so that both end edges are integrally sewn, and the both end edges are integrally sewn. Ri inlet is characterized in that it is sealed.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the injection port of the skin material of the headrest is sewn inward only at one edge side, and the extension line in the left-right direction of the injection port is fold-sewn on the one edge side of the injection port together with the one edge side. Since both ends are sewn together by bringing the other end side into contact with the fold-back sewn, after both ends of the foaming raw material injection, both ends of the skin material are folded back inside the injection port at both ends. The edge is biased outward on the extension of the inlet to seal the skin inlet with a uniform shape.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the inlet of the skin material of the headrest is sewn inward only at one edge side, and one end of the inlet is on the extension line in the left-right direction of the inlet. Along with the fold-back stitch on the edge side, the fold-back stitch on one end edge side is brought into contact with the surface side on the other end edge side to sew both end edges integrally, and the fill port is sealed by the integral sewing of both end edges. There is no risk of the foaming undiluted liquid leaking out, it has excellent sealing performance, it prevents the occurrence of partial overlaps, and there is no risk of causing meandering due to the difference in foaming pressure or causing poor appearance such as floating. It is possible to obtain a material-integrated foam headrest.

1. A headrest frame and a stay connected to the headrest frame are inserted from a skin material injection port of the headrest, and a tip end side of the headrest stay is projected outward from a stay insertion hole of the skin material and is retained. In this state, the skin material is arranged in the foam molding die, and the foam material undiluted liquid is injected from the injection port formed in the skin material of the headrest to integrally foam the pad material to form the skin material integrated foam headrest, Only the one edge side of the inlet is sewn inward, and on the extension line in the left-right direction of the inlet, together with the fold stitch on the one edge side of the inlet, the fold stitch on the one edge side is brought into contact with the surface side of the other edge side Is integrally sewn, and the injection port is sealed by integrally sewing both edges thereof.
