て室外側熱交換器8を強制的に冷却する前記プロ
ペラフアン9に設けられたスリンガリングであ
る。4は前記室外側熱交換器8と所定間隔を有し
て設けられた外箱(外郭)であり、室外側吸込口
5a,5b,5cおよび室外側吹出口6a,6
b,6cが設けられており、さらに前記外箱4の
各吸込口、吹出口の開口部は、前記スリンガリン
グ10が凝縮水をかき上げる円周上に当たる部分
は閉とし、それ以外の部分を開口とすることによ
り、前記プロペラフアン9より送られた風は室外
側熱交換器8を通過し前記外箱4の室外側吹出口
6a,6b,6cより空気調和機本体1外へ排出
され、さらに前記プロペラフアン9に設けられた
スリンガリング10によりかき上げられ前記室外
側熱交換器8を通過した凝縮水は前記外箱4によ
り空気調和機本体1外への飛散を防止することが
できる。

量化を図ることもできるなどの種々の利点を有す
るものである。
