従来型ホイールクレーンの問題に鑑み、1)公道走行時
の左側及び前方視界の改善をすること、2)クレーン作
業時に運転室を車幅内に入れ、クレーンの作業性の改善
をすること、及び3)車幅を小さくして走行性及び狭路

このような構成にすることにより、公道走行時には運転
