[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, in the first invention of the present invention, a thermoplastic melt-type paint or a two-component reactive paint (or resin) is used to form particles with a diameter of 2 to 20 mm. Molded particles are prepared in advance from molded objects (spherical, disc-shaped, pellet-shaped, etc.) with reflective glass beads dispersed inside them, or glass beads are fixed to the surface of these molded objects. A liquid paint of the same or different quality is applied to the road surface in a constant width, and immediately after that, the molded granules are scattered on the undried paint film surface, and the granular molded product is fixed simultaneously with the hardening of the paint film.

The molded grain dispersing device 13 has a storage chamber 9 for molded grains molded using a thermoplastic molten paint or a two-component reactive paint (or resin), and is rotated in contact with the storage chamber and sprays molded grains 12 on the circumferential surface.
A rotary drum 10 is provided with drop holes 11 having a diameter larger than that for receiving particles, which are bored at regular intervals or randomly along the axial direction, and the rotation of the wheels of the construction machine main body 1 of the traveling body is carried out via a transmission device 23. The rotary drum 10 is rotated to drop molded particles 12 at regular intervals onto the uncured coating film 8 applied to the road surface 6.

As a method for forming the molded particles 12, a granulation method can be applied. For example, a pigment, a filler,
Melting paint containing glass beads, etc. (JIS K
There is a method of heating and melting 3 types of 5665) at about 200° C. to make a liquid, granulating it with an extrusion granulator, and then granulating it with a granulator to make the particle shape uniform. The sharp edges and fragile parts of the grains are shaved off in the grain sizer to make them spherical, but the glass beads contained in the grains remain on the surface of the grains because they have better wear resistance than other parts.

When granulating with reactive resin paint, it is made into a highly viscous liquid, and in the case of a two-component type, it is mixed uniformly with a two-component mixing device, and then granulated using an extrusion cold-cut granulation method, etc. Then, it is sized to form a molded product using the same method as for melting paint.

If you want the reflective material (glass beads) to protrude more from the surface of the particles, you can immerse the molded product in clear paint (a solution of acrylic resin, etc.) mixed with glass beads, or Another method is to coat the material by immersing it in a clear paint that does not contain glass beads, and then pouring it into a drum containing glass beads while it is still wet and rotating it continuously to fix the glass beads on the surface.

The method of applying these molded granules, which are granular molded products, is when using a melting paint, after applying a special primer for the melting paint, the conventional method is applied manually or with a self-propelled (mechanical) construction machine to a film thickness of 1. ~ It melted to about 2 temples! Apply paint to form lines,
Immediately after this, the molded granules are sprinkled onto the undried line using a dedicated construction machine to fix the granules. The molten paint and the molded particles are the same thermoplastic material, and are welded and fixed on the line that retains the heat after the coating is applied.

[One method of dispersing molded particles using a dedicated machine is to spray the coating film 8 on the road surface 6, which has flowed down from the shutter 3 of the hopper 2 from the melting pot of the construction machine shown in FIG. When the molded grains 12 are scattered through the drop hole 11 and glass beads are scattered thereon, a glass bead scatterer 15 is used.
The beads are dispersed by the roller 16, and then the beads are adjusted by the adjusting roller 16.
The width of the 0-rotation drum 10, in which the drop holes 11 are arranged at regular intervals or randomly, is selected according to the width of the line, and the number of rotations of the drum is determined in relation to the amount of sprayed particles.

Another method, as shown in FIG. 2, is to provide a drop-in port 19 and a shutter 20 at the bottom of a shaped grain container 17 filled with shaped grains, and by opening and closing the shutter 20, the molded grains 18 are transferred to the guide plate 2.
1, the molded particles are dispersed onto the uncured coating film 8 applied to the road surface 6 as the traveling body moves by itself. In this case, molten paint and glass beads are dispersed. The same machine and adjustment roller as shown in Fig. 1 is used, and by scattering glass beads immediately after dispersing the molded grains 18 and fixing them on the unfixed parts of the molded grains, the entire line can be stabilized at night. Ensure reflectivity.

Furthermore, the uneven shape of the molded grains makes the lines extremely uneven.
If it is necessary to adjust the coating surface, the adjustment can be made by rolling the glass beads on the line with a roller 16 having an appropriate weight immediately after scattering the glass beads.

When using a two-component reactive paint, it can be carried out in the same manner as the above-mentioned melting paint. In this case, the coating method is to fill a manual slitter for melting with a mixture of two components and perform line coating, and immediately after that, the molded product is spread and fixed in the same manner as for melting. The coating method can also be carried out using a dedicated automatic coating machine equipped with a two-liquid mixing device and a pressure-feeding coating device. 6. Spraying the reflective material and adjusting the coating surface are done in the same way as for melting.
