- 電源トランスやマグネトロン他を設置した電気
部品室内に１基の冷却フアンを取り付け、そのフ
アンにより部品室内へ冷却風を供給するものにお
いて、前記フアン４にシユラウド５を取り付け、
このシユラウド吐き出し口６の筒壁７の高さを冷
却対象部品の位置ないし冷却必要度に応じて調節
してなる高周波加熱装置。
