にする。 ［構成］ 筆記具のクリップの先端に、磁石１を固設
し、クリップの先端が筆記具本体と近接する部分に、鉄
片２、もしくは鉄片２の代わりに磁石１と引き合う向き
に磁石３を固設する。

本考案は、磁石を設けた筆記具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、クリップの先端を太くし、筆記具本体との隙間を少なくして、ポケット 等に挟み入れた時に、ポケットの布地をクリップが押えて落ちにくくした筆記具 がほとんどであった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
前かがみになったときや、激しい運動をした時に、ポケットから筆記具が落ち る欠点があった。 本考案は、この欠点を除くためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
（イ）筆記具のクリップの先端に、磁石１を固設し、クリップの先端が筆記具 本体と近接する部分に、鉄片２を固設する。 （ロ）筆記具のクリップの先端に、磁石１を固設し、クリップの先端が筆記具 本休と近接する部分に、磁石１と引き合う向きに磁石３を固設する。 本考案は、以上のような構成よりなる、磁石を設けた筆記具である。

磁石１を固設したクリップと、筆記具本体に固設した鉄片２、あるいは磁石３ が、常時引き合いくっつこうとする。

（イ）筆記具のクリップの先端に、磁石１を固設し、クリップの先端が筆記具 本体と近接する部分に、鉄片２を固設した図１の磁石を設けた筆記具。 （ロ）筆記具のクリップの先端に、磁石１を固設し、クリップの先端が筆記具 本体と近接する部分に、図３、図４にあるように磁石のＮ極とＳ極が引き合う向 きに磁石３を固設した、図２の磁石を設けた筆記具。 本考案は、以上のような構造であるから、５図にあるように、本考案の磁石を 設けた筆記具を胸ポケットに挟み入れた場合、クリップの先端と筆記具本体が引 き合いくっつこうとするので、クリップが胸ポケットの布地をしっかり押えよう とする。

【考案の効果】
筆記具本体とクリップの先端とが引き合いくっつこうとするので、本考案の磁 石を設けた筆記具を胸ポケット等に挟み入れたときに、クリップが布地をしっか りと押えており、前かがみになったときや激しい運動時にも、筆記具が落ちにく く便利である。
