Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve durability by a method wherein an upstream side end and a downstream side end of a wind direction deflecting plate in a wind passing direction are unbendable hard parts, a middle part between the both hard parts is a bendable soft part, and the hard parts and the soft parts are made of the same quality material of a similar melting point and different hardness and combined to each other by heat fusing. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wind direction deflecting plates 2 are arranged within a body 1. Each of the wind direction deflecting plates 2 consists of an unbendable front hard part 3 which forms a downstream side part in the wind (W) passing direction, an unbendable rear hard part 4 which forms an upstream side part in the wind (W) passing direction, and a bendable soft part 5 which forms a middle part between the hard parts 3 and 4. The soft part 5 and both front and rear hard parts 3 and 4 are made of the same quality material of a similar melting point and different hardness and combined to each other by heat fusing. Accordingly, even if the change of the bending direction of the wind direction deflecting plates 2 is repeated over a long time, the soft part 5 and the both front and rear hard parts 3 and 4 are not cut off at the combining part nor peeled off.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, this type of air conditioning grill has, for example, a main body through which wind can pass, and a plurality of bendable members disposed within the main body and rotatably supported by the main body at one end thereof. Some wind deflection plates include a plurality of wind deflection plates and a connecting member that connects the other ends of the plurality of wind deflection plates. In this air-conditioning grill, the upstream and downstream ends of the wind direction deflection plate in the wind passing direction are hard parts that cannot be bent, and the intermediate part between the hard parts is a soft part that can be bent. Therefore, by curving each soft portion of the wind direction deflection plate, the wind direction can be smoothly changed.

In the above-mentioned air conditioning grill, in order to connect the hard part and the soft part that make up the wind deflection plate, they are fixed with adhesive, or the hard part is made up of a shaft with high rigidity, and this is buried in the soft part. Or, the hard part is made up of a tubular shaft, and a part of the soft part is inserted into this shaft or fitted in a concave-convex relationship.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the conventional coupling structure of the hard part and the soft part has the following problems. Although a certain degree of bonding strength can be obtained with the technique of fixing the hard part and the soft part using an adhesive, an increase in the manufacturing cost is inevitable due to the increase in the number of adhesives and their application steps.

In addition, techniques that utilize mechanical coupling, such as embedding the shaft in a soft part, inserting a part of the soft part into the shaft, or fitting the hard part and the soft part in a concave-convex relationship, are insufficient. It is not possible to obtain sufficient bond strength. Therefore, if the direction of curvature of the wind deflection plate is repeatedly changed over a long period of time, there is a risk that the bonded portion may be cut or peeled off.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to be able to firmly connect a hard part and a soft part without using an adhesive, and to keep manufacturing costs low. It is an object of the present invention to provide an air-conditioning grill with excellent durability, in which the joint portion does not break or peel off even when used for a long period of time.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a main body through which wind can pass, and a main body disposed within the main body and rotatably supported by the main body at one end thereof. A plurality of wind direction deflection plates and a connecting member connecting the other end sides of the plurality of wind direction deflection plates are provided, and the upstream and downstream ends of the wind direction deflection plates in the wind passing direction cannot be bent. The hard part is a flexible part, and the middle part between the hard parts is a bendable soft part. The gist of this is an air-conditioning grill whose soft parts are bonded together by heat fusion.

[Function] The hard part and the soft part constituting the wind deflection plate are made of the same material having similar melting points and different hardnesses, so they are compatible with each other. Therefore, when the hard part and the soft part are heat-sealed, both are uniformly melted and integrated. Therefore, the bonding force due to the heat fusion is applied to machines such as embedding the shaft in a soft part, inserting a part of the soft part into the shaft, or fitting the hard part and the soft part in a concave-convex relationship. This is larger than the conventional technology that uses virtual connections. Therefore, it is not necessary to use an adhesive to bond the soft part and the hard part.

Therefore, the rod 1 is driven by a motor (not shown).

7 rotates around the support shaft 17c. Since the guide portion 16 of the connecting member 15 is connected to the protrusion 17b at the rear end of the link 17, the connecting member 15 moves from side to side as the link 17 rotates. Since this connecting member 15 fits into the notch 14 of the rear rigid portion 4, the rear rigid portion 4 moves in the same direction as the connecting member 15. As a result, the soft portion 5 of the wind direction deflection plate 2 is curved so as to bulge in a direction opposite to the direction of movement of the connecting member 15. Therefore, the direction of the wind W introduced from the rear of the air conditioning grille is gradually changed along the soft portion 5 of the wind direction deflection plate 2, and is blown out in front of the air conditioning grille.

That is, first, the molding material for the front and rear hard parts 3.4 is heated and melted and injected into the cavity of the mold. Then, the front rigid part 3 consisting of the main body part 6 and the connecting part 7 is molded, and the rear rigid part 4 also consisting of the main body part 11 and the connecting part 12 is molded. Subsequently, the front and rear hard parts 3 and 4 are transferred to another mold while maintaining the high temperature, and the molding material for the soft part 5 is injected and filled into the cavity of the same mold. Then, the molten molding material enters the through holes 10 and 13 of the front and rear hard parts 3 and 4, and forms the joint part 7. Cover the entire I2.

At this time, since the molding materials for the soft part 5 and both the front and rear hard parts 3 and 4 are made of homogeneous materials with similar melting points and different hardnesses, the compatibility of both materials is extremely good. . Therefore, the boundary portion between the two materials melts and mixes uniformly to become a single body. Therefore, when the molten material in the cavity is solidified by cooling, the front and rear hard parts 3, 4
and the soft portion 5 are formed, and the boundary portion between the two is thermally fused to obtain the wind direction deflecting plate 2 having the desired shape.

For this reason, conventional techniques that utilize mechanical coupling, such as embedding the shaft in the soft part, inserting a part of the soft part into the shaft, or fitting the hard part and the soft part in a concave-convex relationship, In comparison, in this embodiment, the soft portion 5 and the front and rear hard portions 3 and 4 can be connected with extremely high strength. Since the two can be bonded to each other at the same time as being molded, there is no need to use adhesive. This eliminates the need for the adhesive application process in the prior art, making it possible to reduce manufacturing costs accordingly.

E Effects of the Invention According to the present invention as described above, the hard part and the soft part of the wind deflection plate can be firmly connected without using an adhesive.
