以上説明したように、本考案の搬送装置は移動保持板が前記の如き吸着部構造 をなしたものであるため、搬送しようとするシート成形品に対して従来装置の如 き吸盤パットによる所謂“点状の吸着”に比べ、弾性材を介した所謂“面状の吸 着”がなされるため、成形品の数量や位置関係等の条件に左右されることなく、 常に同一の移動保持板による吸着保持が可能となり、もって確実で安定した効率 のよい搬送を行うことができる。 また本考案における移動保持板による成形品に対する吸着は緩衝効果のある弾 性材を介して行われるため、シート成形品のような比較的柔らかなものに対して も変形、破損等を生じることない吸着保持が達成され、しかも各成形品間におい て高低差等があっても、吸着ミスが発生しにくい。特にトリミング後のシート成 形品に対しては弾性材を介しての吸着により抜きしろ部分に無理な押圧力が加わ らず、不用意に抜きしろ部分が成形品部分から離脱することもなく、そのため従 来装置の如き抜きしろ部分の吸着時における取り残しや搬送中における脱落の問 題も発生しない。なお抜きしろ部分の搬送中における脱落の問題が発生しないこ とは、抜きしろ部分にも保持板による吸着力が及ぶことにも起因している。 更にシート成形品の数量や位置関係(大きさの相違による位置関係も含む)に 左右されることなく常に同一構造の移動保持板による吸着保持と搬送が可能とな るため、従来装置の如き吸盤パットの数や配置を調整する作業が不要となり、こ れによっても生産効率の向上が図れる。 As explained above, in the conveying device of the present invention, the movable holding plate has the suction part structure as described above.
