[Prior Art] Generally, in the curved portion of an endoscope, as shown in FIG. 8, an insertion tube 81 that serves as a guide for an operating wire is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of a nodal ring 82, and the insertion tube 81 is bored through the nodal ring 82. The connecting holes 83 of adjacent node rings are rotatably connected to the connecting holes 83 with rivets.

Further, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-157302, for example, a part of the circumferential wall of the joint ring is recessed inwardly, and an insertion tube 81 is fixed to the inner surface of the recess, thereby controlling the running position of the operating wire. There were also things that were placed inward of the ring.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, when the insertion tube is made thicker, the insertion tube 81 interferes with so-called built-in objects 90 such as optical fiber bundles and forceps channels, as schematically shown in FIG. Therefore, the built-in part 90 had to be made thinner, which had the disadvantage of deteriorating the basic performance of the endoscope.

In addition, if a part of the circumferential wall of the joint ring is recessed, if the recess is slightly enlarged, the entire joint ring will be distorted due to machining, making the shape of each joint ring uneven, and the bending action of the curved part will be poor. I had a flaw that I got used to it.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the bending tube device for an endoscope according to the present invention connects a plurality of joint rings with rivets so as to be rotatable, and has a structure in which a plurality of joint rings are rotatably connected to each other with rivets, and In a bending tube device for an endoscope, the bending tube device for an endoscope is configured to tilt the node ring by remotely pulling and controlling the operation wire by attaching one end of the operation wire, and a part of the peripheral wall of the node ring. is characterized in that a tongue piece is formed by protruding in the tube axis direction, the tongue piece is bent back inward approximately 180 degrees, and an insertion tube through which the operating wire is inserted is provided on the inner surface of the tongue piece.

[Function] The insertion tube provided on the inner surface of the tongue that is bent back toward the inside of the nodal ring extends inward from the inner surface of the nodal ring by a distance equal to the gap between the nodal ring and the tongue plus the wall thickness of the tongue. It is placed close to.

Thin insertion tubes 6, 6 having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the operating wire are fixed to the outer surface of the wire 5 by, for example, silver brazing. In this invention,
In this way, the surface side of the joint ring 1 of the insertion tube 6 can be fixed by silver brazing or the like.
The fixing work can be done easily and accurately.

FIG. 1 shows the node ring in a state where machining has been completed.
3 and 4 are a side sectional view and a front sectional view of the lower half thereof. As shown in each figure, the tongues are bent back inward approximately 180 degrees. Therefore, the insertion tube 6 has a smaller gap s between the tongue piece 5 and the node ring 1 than when it is directly fixed to the inner surface of the node ring 1.
It is located inward by the sum of the thickness t of the tongue piece 5 and the thickness t of the tongue piece 5. The gap s between the tongue piece 5 and the node ring 1 can be appropriately set according to the size of the head of the rivet used. Moreover, no matter what size the gap s is, no deformation or distortion occurs in the node ring 1 itself.

Figures 5 and 6 show a state in which the mechanical part of the curved part is assembled, with a plurality of joint rings 1 rotatably connected by rivets 7, and operating wires 8 inserted into insertion tubes 6. It shows. One end of each operating wire 8 is attached to the most advanced node ring by a known means (not shown), and the other end is attached to a known operating means in an operating section (not shown). It is then towed. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, each node ring 1 is tilted with the pulled operating wire 8a inside, and the curved portion is bent. Therefore, by pulling any one or two operating wires 8, the curved portion can be bent in a desired direction.

Since the present invention is constructed in this manner, the position of the insertion tube 6 can be freely set by determining the interval s between the bending and turning of the tongue piece 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the wall thickness of the insertion tube 6 is made thinner so that a sufficiently thick built-in object can be inserted into the curved part without interference, and as shown in FIG. 6, The operating wire 8 can be prevented from interfering with the head of the rivet 7. In addition, the operation wire 8
When an excessive force is applied to the tongue piece 5, the tongue piece 5 is elastically deformed in the vicinity where it is bent back, and the insertion tube 6 changes direction, as shown in FIG. Therefore, excessive force is prevented from being concentratedly applied to the operating wire 8 or the insertion tube 6 itself at that portion, and damage and wear to these parts is prevented or reduced.

[Effects of the invention] According to the curved tube device for an endoscope of the present invention, the insertion tube is arranged inward from the inner surface of the nodal ring, so the insertion tube can be formed thin and curved. Excellent basic performance can be obtained by inserting internal objects of sufficient thickness into the pipe without interfering with them. Moreover, in this invention, the tongue piece formed by protruding a part of the circumferential wall of the joint ring in the tube axis direction is bent back inward, so that the insertion can be made by changing the gap between the tongue piece and the joint ring. The position of the tube can be set arbitrarily, and the joint ring does not undergo any deformation or distortion due to processing, and the bending portion can always be smoothly bent. Furthermore, since the insertion tube can be attached to the tongue piece on the surface side of the nodal ring, the attachment work can be done easily and accurately, and if excessive force is applied to the operating wire, ,
The tongue piece is elastically deformed at the bent portion, and has excellent effects such as preventing excessive force from acting intensively.
