Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin decorative product excellent in abrasion resistance and oil resistance by providing a decorative part on the single surface of a sheet composed of a polyamide type synthetic polymer material using isocyanate cured polyurethane type ink and applying an isocyanate cured polyurethane type adhesive to the surface printed with the decorative part of the sheet to integrate the sheet with the body. CONSTITUTION:A decorative part 2 is printed on the rear of a sheet 1 composed of a punched polyamide type synthetic polymer using isocyanate cured urethane type ink. Next, the sheet 1 is dried for about 1hr at room temp. and an isocyanate cured urethane type adhesive is applied to the entire rear of the sheet 1. The sheet 1 having the adhesive layer 3 formed thereto is inserted in the movable mold 21 of a mold so that the adhesive layer 3 becomes inside and, further, a resin composed of nylon 6 is injected in the fixed mold 22 of the mold from a cylinder through a runner 23. The resin is injected in the mold by this method and a resin plate 4 is taken out of the mold along with the integrally molded sheet 1 to obtain a molded product 5. By this constitution, effect excellent in abrasion resistance and oil resistance can be displayed.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, spray painting methods, screen printing methods, hot stamping methods, and the like are known and widely used as methods for painting patterns on panel surfaces. In these methods, since a pattern is applied to a pre-formed resin using ink or the like, the surface of the resin has unevenness due to the pattern, and this unevenness causes wear of the pattern. An invented method for preventing this wear is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 12074/1983. This method involves laminating a heart coat film applied to prevent friction and a plastic film with a pattern printed on the surface of the resin, and a plastic film coated with a hard coat film on the back side of the resin. This is a method of manufacturing patterned glass by molding resin to create a pattern. The surface of the patterned glass formed by this method is covered with a hard coat film, so the pattern does not easily wear out.

(Structure of the Invention) (Means for Solving the Problem) The technical solution taken in the present invention to solve the above technical problem is to coat isocyanate-cured polyurethane on one side of a sheet made of a polyamide-based synthetic polymer material. A decorative portion is printed with a polyurethane-based ink, an isocyanate-cured polyurethane adhesive is applied to the surface of the sheet on which the decorative portion is printed, and the adhesive surface of the sheet is made of polyamide-based adhesive formed by injection molding. This is a resin decorative item in which the sheet and the main body are integrated so as to face the main body of the synthetic polymer material. The resin decorative part is also made of (a) a terminally amide-based synthetic polymer material. a step of printing a decorative portion on one side of the sheet with an isocyanate-cured polyurethane ink; (b) a step of applying an isocyanate-cured polyurethane adhesive to the surface of the sheet on which the decorative portion is printed; (c) (d) closing the mold and injecting a polyamide-based synthetic polymer material into the mold; The manufacturing method includes a step of integrally molding the molded product with a polyamide-based synthetic polymer material, and (e) a step of taking out the molded product from the mold.

The back side of the punched sheet 1 was coated with isocyanate-cured urethane ink (5SNY white from Toyo Ink).
The decorative portion 2 is printed as shown in FIG. 1 by screen printing using 5 parts by weight of 5SNY additive, also available from Toyo Ink. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the sheet 1 after the decoration 2 has been printed. In this way, the decorative portion 2 is printed on the back side of the sheet 1 and is not printed on the front side.

In this example, the additive for the isocyanate-cured urethane ink was 5 parts by weight, but it can be appropriately selected within the range of 5 to IO parts by weight. Similarly, for isocyanate-cured urethane adhesives, the additive may be added in an amount of 5 to IO parts by weight. Further, the sheet 1 may be punched out in advance into a shape similar to the molded product 5 before the decorative portion 3 is printed as in this embodiment, or it may be punched out after the decorative portion 3 is printed.

As shown in FIG. 7, the resin plate 4 and the sheet 1 are integrally bonded with an adhesive 3 so as not to be separated. Therefore, the ink portion printed on the back surface of the sheet 1 and forming the decorative portion 2 is interposed between the sheet 1 and the adhesive 3. In this way, the decorative portion 2 is cut off from contact with the outside by the sheet 1 and is always protected by the sheet 1. Therefore, the resin ornament of this example exhibits excellent wear resistance and stiffness.

Furthermore, in the past, when the area ratio of the decorative part to the surface area of the molded product was large, the adhesion between the decorative part and the adhesive was a problem, but in this example, the decorative part 2 and the adhesive 3 are the same. Since it uses isocyanate-cured urethane material, it has good adhesion and does not peel off.

Furthermore, since polyamide-based synthetic polymers are used for both the molding material and the sheet material, they have excellent oil resistance and do not peel off even when immersed in oil for a long time.

Regarding abrasion resistance, a No. 6 cotton cloth specified by JIS was sandwiched between the indenter 6 and the sheet 1 of the molded product 5, and a flat abrasion tester (Suga Tester, FR-P type) was used to measure the wear resistance as shown by the arrow. It was reciprocated 1000 times in the direction with a load of 500 g and the appearance was observed. The indenter 6 is made of Fe12 specified by JIS, and has a radius of 10 mm at the tip and a width of 20 mm, as shown in FIG.

According to the resin decorative article obtained by the present invention, the main body and the sheet are integrally bonded with an adhesive so as not to peel off. Since the ink portion printed on the back side of the sheet and forming the decorative part is interposed between the sheet and the adhesive, the decorative part is cut off from contact with the outside by the sheet.
Always protected by a sheet. Therefore, the resin ornament of this example exhibits excellent wear resistance.

In addition, in the past, when the area ratio of the decorative part to the surface area of the molded product was large, the adhesion between the decorative part and the adhesive was a problem, but in this example, the main body and the adhesive are made of the same isocyanate curing material. Since it uses a urethane-based material, it has good adhesion, excellent heat and humidity cycle resistance, and does not peel off.

Furthermore, since polyamide-based synthetic polymers are used for both the molding material and the sheet material, they have excellent oil resistance and do not peel off even when immersed in oil for a long time.
