本発明はパネルの表面部分に意匠模様や装飾模様などを
施した樹脂性装飾品、特に自動車用窓或いは装飾パネル
、住宅用窓、玩具等に利用できる樹脂性装飾品およびそ

(従来の技術)
従来、パネル表面に図柄を絵付けする方法としては、ス
プレー塗装法、スクリーン印刷法、ホットスタンプ法等
が公知であり、幅広く利用されている。これらの方法で
は、予め成形された樹脂にインキ等で図柄をつけるため
樹脂表面の図柄により凹凸があり、この凹凸が図柄を摩
耗させる原因となっていた。この摩耗を防止すべ〈発明
された方法に、特開昭61−12074号公報に開示さ
れる方法がある。この方法は、摩擦防止の為に施される
ハートコート膜と図柄が印刷されたプラスティックフィ
ルムとを樹脂の表面に、又ハードコート膜を施したプラ
スティックフィルムを樹脂の裏面にそれぞれ積層して一
体となるように樹脂を成形してなる、模様付きガラスを
製造する方法である。この方法により成形された模様付
きガラスは、表面がハードコート膜で覆われているため

上記技術的課題を解決するために本発明において講じた
技術的解決手段は、ポリアミド系合成高分子材料よりな
るシートの片面にイソシアネート硬化のポリウレタン系
インクで装飾部が印刷され、前記シートの該装飾部が印
刷された面にイソシアネート硬化のポリウレタン系接着
剤が塗布され、前記シートの前記接着剤の面が、射出成
形によって形成されるポリアミド系合成高分子材料の本
体と向き合うように、前記シートと前記本体が一体化さ
れてなる樹脂製装飾品である。また、該樹脂製装飾部品
は、(イ)末リアミド系合成高分子材料よりなるシート
の片面に、イソシアネート硬化のポリウレタン系インク
で装飾部を印刷する工程、(ロ)該装飾部の印刷された
前記シートの面に、イソシアネート硬化のポリウレタン
系接着剤を塗布する工程、(ハ)前記シートを前記接着
剤の面が内側にくるようにキャビティー部に装着する工
程、(ニ)該金型を閉じ、ポリアミド系合成高分子材料
を前記金型内に射出し、前記シートと前記ポリアミド系
合成高分子材料とを一体成形する工程、および(ホ)前
記金型から成形品を取り出す工程を有する製法よりなる

うに装飾部3を印刷する前に予め成形品5と同様な形に
打ち抜いてもよく、また装飾部3の印刷後に打ち抜いて

「実施例の評価」
上記した実施例の樹脂性装飾品について、耐油性、耐摩
耗性、耐湿熱サイクル性について以下のように試験した

は文字の欠落が発生したことを示す。シートを用いなか
った比較例1については耐油性と耐摩耗性が悪く、文字

成するインク部分は、シートと接着剤との間に介在する
ため、装飾部はシートにより外部からの接触が絶たれ、
常にシートに保護されている。このため本実施例の樹脂

性がよく、耐湿熱サイクル性にも優れ、剥がれが発生し

にイソシアネート硬化のポリウレタン系インクで装飾部
が印刷され、前記シートの該装飾部が印刷された面にイ
ソシアネート硬化のポリウレタン系接着剤が塗布され、
前記シートの前記接着剤の面が、射出成形によって形成
されるポリアミド系合成高分子材料の本体と向き合うよ
うに、前記シートと前記本体が一体化されてなる樹脂製
装飾品。 2、(イ)ポリアミド系合成高分子材料よりなるシート
の片面に、イソシアネート硬化のポリウレタン系インク
で装飾部を印刷する工程、(ロ)該装飾部の印刷された
前記シートの面に、イソシアネート硬化のポリウレタン
系接着剤を塗布する工程、(ハ)前記シートを前記接着
剤の面が内側にくるようにキャビティー部に装着する工
程、(ニ)該金型を閉じ、ポリアミド系合成高分子材料
を前記金型内に射出し、前記シートと前記ポリアミド系
合成高分子材料とを一体成形する工程、および(ホ)前
記金型から成形品を取り出す工程を有する樹脂製装飾品
