本発明は鉄道車両室内照明装置に係り、特に、経済性の
向上および快適な室内環境の構成に好適な照明装置に関

従来この種の照明装置は、直接照明および間接照明とそ
れぞれ独立して灯器具が設けられ、また、灯器具は車体

[発明が解決しようとする課題]
上記従来技術では、直接照明用と間接照明用と別々の器
具が必要になることから、取付スペースおよび取付位置
等の面において車体構造が複雑となり、また、取付も車
体部材に重ねて取付けることから、車体部材への穴明は
加工等の煩わしい作業が必要となり、経済性および作業
性の面についての配置がなされておらずその点が問題で

上記の目的は、直接照明および間接照明を両立できるよ
うに灯器具とじゃ先板を配置し、また、灯器具を天井部

[作 用]
天井部に設けた灯器具の照光部よりの光束はしゃ先板に
より一定範囲のみに直接配光され、また、天井の反射板
へ輻射された光束は、しゃ先板との間隙より間接照明と
して配光される。これにより、不自然性のない質の高い

灯器具3゛ と間接照明用の灯器具4がそれぞれ独立し

以上説明したように本発明の照明装置によれば、直接照
明と間接照明の両方を、専用器具を設けることなく簡単
な構造により両立させることができ、それにより、専用
器具を設けたと同様に室内を理想的に配光することがで
き不自然性のない質の高い照明を行い快適な室内環境を
構成することができる効果がある。また、専用器具が不
要のため、デザイン的、車体構造的にも簡単にまとめる
