[Conventional technology]

An integrated device that connects an exposure device and a developing device is called a minilab processing machine. It is coveted.

0003 In other words, a printer specializing in exposure printing and a developing machine specializing in development processing are installed separately. However, in a printer, a long roll of photographic paper is pulled out from the magazine and placed in the exposure printing section. The projected image on the negative screen is exposed to light, and the winding unit winds it up into a magazine and collects it. are doing.

0004 In addition, in the developing machine, the magazine containing the aforementioned rolled exposed photographic paper is developed. While loading the photographic paper into the imaging machine and pulling it out, the paper is immersed in liquid and conveyed through each tank of the developing machine. After finishing the developing process and drying process, the cutter installed at the exit of the developing machine Therefore, each screen is collected separately.

[0005] This requires loading the long roll of photographic paper twice, resulting in poor work efficiency and limited installation space. Because of the large size, recently photo printing devices that combine a printer and a developing machine have been implemented. It is appearing.

[Problem that the idea aims to solve]

By integrating the printer and developing machine in this way, the loading operation that used to be done twice can be reduced to just one. It can be simplified by only having to do it once, and therefore the installation space is small, which is good. However, the processing speed is slower than when the printer and developer are used separately. There is a drawback to it.

[0007] The purpose of this invention is to provide a photo printing device that solves these problems. Make it.

One embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the schematic front sectional view of FIG.

0010 The scroll 13a of the photographic paper 13 wound around the core 12 is stored in the magazine 11 and the photographic paper is 13 is fed out from the outlet 14 with its tip held between the pair of conveyor rollers 22 and 23, and is delivered to the desired location. The length of the required size is sent and the cutter 21 cuts it to the length of each set size. It will be done. Each photographic paper sheet 13b measured to the required length in this way is The exposure lamp 32 and the reflective shade are 33, the negative screen of the negative mounting table 31 is uniformly illuminated by the photographic paper at the exposure position 27a. It is arranged to expose and form an image on the sheet 13b. The suction belt 27 is It is wound around an inlet roller pair 24, an outlet roller pair 25, and an intermediate tension roller 26. A large number of suction holes are drilled on the belt surface toward the decompression chamber inside the belt. By applying suction, the flatness of the photographic paper sheet 13b that has been cut to a measured value is The photographic paper sheet 13b is held and positioned with the center of the photographic paper sheet 13b aligned with the exposure optical axis. be taught.

[0011] In this way, after the exposure is completed in the photo printing device 20, the conveyor roller pairs 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48, and is transported to the development processing section 50, where it is subjected to immersion processing using processing liquid. After drying, the prints are finished and collected.

0012 And between each of the adjacent conveying roller pairs 22, 23, 24 and 25, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 is set smaller than the minimum photographic paper measuring length a.

[0013] In addition, a sensor for detecting the trailing edge of the photographic paper is installed at or near the photographic paper drawer opening 14. A sensor 15 is provided, and the distance between the sensor 15 and the cutter 21 is determined by the photographic paper scale. The length x is slightly longer than the minimum length a (minimum size length).

[0014] We will discuss how each function arranged in this way operates.

[0015] A print is carried out from the photographic paper scroll 13a of the magazine 11 by a pair of transport rollers 22, 23, 24. The drawing paper 13 is pulled out to a predetermined length from the cutter 21, which is the normal tip standby position. The cutter 21 operates and cuts one sheet of photographic paper toward the exposure position. The photographic paper is cut, the process is repeated sequentially, and the photographic paper is positioned at the exposure position. Image exposure is performed at any time. Position of optical axis center and photographic paper center at image exposure position For matching, change the conveyance amount of the suction belt 27 according to the measuring amount for each size. It is adjustable.

[0016] The distance Y between the conveying rollers is smaller than the length a of the minimum size photographic paper. Because of this, the photographic paper that has been cut to the measurement must always be cut correctly, no matter what size it is. It will be transported properly.

[0017] Also, the rear end of the photographic paper scroll 13a is unwound from the core 12 and placed near the outlet 14. It passes through the sensor 15 provided as a trailing edge detection means and reaches the sensor 15. When detected, the cutter 21 is kept inoperative and transported. .

[0018] At that time, the last photographic paper size is longer than the length a of the minimum size, and It is almost shorter than the length of the intended size. Therefore, the last photographic paper There is no possibility that the feed will become insufficient in the middle of the conveyance path and cause stagnation and blockage in the conveyance path. It disappears. If a blockage occurs during this process, it will be impossible for photographic paper that has been reloaded to pass through. This causes a jam phenomenon to occur.

[0019] Also, since the photographic paper at the end of the minimum size a will not be a small size, the minimum size Normal prints are always obtained when printing prints according to the size. . However, the length of the photographic paper at the end is the length of the measuring tape length a plus +α. Since there are some, all you have to do is cut off the excess part after collecting it.

[0020] Next, the case of a size larger than the minimum size a will be described. In this case the last The length of the tail photographic paper is a+α, which may be shorter than the required size. Therefore, it is not exposed to light corresponding to this, and is sent directly to the developing section, where it is developed. , since the statue is not obtained, it will not be passed on to the customer. In this case, the corresponding negative is at the exposure position The plan at the beginning when loading the next new photographic paper scroll with the paper stopped at The solution is to print and expose shaku printing paper.

[0021] In this way, half-stripe strips of photographic paper are left in the transport path and the subsequent photographic paper is jammed. In addition to eliminating the possibility of causing scratches, the last photographic paper is free from defects. You will no longer end up with half-finished prints, and you will be able to process them.

[0022] Next, the exposed photographic paper sheet 13b on the suction belt 27 at the exposure position 27a is The feeding means 40A is sent to the developing section 50, and the developing section 50 is further downstream of the feeding means 40A. The structure of the developing section 50 and the conveying section 40B, which is provided between the developing section 50 and the same speed, will be described.

[0023] The feeding means 40A includes roller pairs 41, 42, 43, 44 arranged from upstream to downstream, As mentioned above, the distance between each pair of rollers is set shorter than the measuring length a of the minimum photographic paper size. In addition, the total length of the conveyance path connecting each pair of rollers is longer than the measuring length of the maximum photographic paper size. It is being listened to. And the roller on the drive side of each roller pair has one direction concentrically with it. Clutches 41A, 42A, 43A, 44A are installed.

[0024] Further, a same-speed conveying section 40B is provided between the downstream of the feeding means 40A and the developing section 50. ing.

[0025] A roller pair of the same-speed conveying section 40B and the feeding means (hereinafter also referred to as feeding conveying section) 40A. The circumferential speed of the drive roller is set to be the same as the conveyance speed within the developing section 50. And send Drive of the suction belt 27 upstream of the conveyance section 40A and the exit roller pair 25 connected thereto. Drive of roller pair 41 arranged at a distance less than the minimum measuring length from the center of the moving roller The roller is driven in synchronization with the exit roller pair 25 at the same speed, and its conveyance speed is the same as that of the developing section 50. It's much faster than that.

[0026] Here, the suction belt 27 moves the photographic paper sheet 13b to the drive roller of the exit roller pair 25. At the roller 25a, the suction force of the suction belt 27 is applied to the drive roller 25a. There is a tendency that it becomes difficult to obtain conveying force by suction. And Saku Due to the meandering of the belt 27, the drive roller 25a is moved as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. It has a drum shape, and the driving force due to the nip force between it and the presser roller 25b is also weak. I can't expect much from it. Therefore, the exit drive roller 25a of the suction belt and the next The timing belt is connected between the suction belt drive roller 25a and the feed conveyance section 40A. The driving roller 41a of the roller pair 41 whose circumferential speed is synchronized by a rotor etc. is For the drawing paper sheet 13b, set it within a distance L that will not make it impossible to obtain the conveying force due to the suction force. Thus, the sheet 13b can be delivered to the downstream feed conveyance section 40A without stagnation. Therefore, the exposed photographic paper sheet 13b is fed into the feeding conveyance section 40A at high speed. The feed conveyance section 40A is originally driven at the same low speed as the development section 50, but the drive roller shaft The speed difference is absorbed by the action of the aforementioned one-way clutches installed concentrically, and the high-speed The photographic paper sheet 13b is conveyed while being pushed into the feed conveyance section 40A, and the sheet is When the rear end portion 13b finishes passing through the roller pair 41, the conveyance section 40A is conveyed at its own speed. It is possible for the transmission to continue.

[0027] In this way, feed out the photographic paper 13 from the magazine 11, cut it to a measured length, and then print the photographic paper sheet. In the process of making 13b and then performing negative exposure in the exposure section, feed it at high speed and stop it. The time for each cycle of cutting and exposing in the It is designed to be balanced with time. This allows the printer and developer to Even when connected, high efficiency processing capacity can be obtained without falling below the processing capacity of the developing machine. It will be done.

[0028] In addition, in the above embodiment of the present invention, the feeding finishing means (feeding conveying section) 40A and the same speed conveying section 40B, but the same speed conveyance section 40B is eliminated and the conveyance section has the same structure as the feed conveyance section 40A. It doesn't matter if it's made of artificial material.

[Effect of the idea]

The photoprinting device of this invention, which combines a printer and a developing machine, has a higher level of performance than ever before.
