沿つて穿設されたヤスリ軸挿通用スリツトと、前
記ヤスリ用軸孔と対応する前記水平基板の長手方
向一端側に穿設せしめた着火操作子用軸孔と、前
記水平基板の外周縁から前記着火操作子用軸孔に
連通するように同水平基板の幅方向端縁に沿つて
穿設された着火操作子軸挿通用スリツトとからな
る上下一対の係止片を形成し、前記ヤスリ用軸孔
に前記ヤスリの支軸用柱状突起を、前記着火操作
子軸孔に前記固着用柱状突起をそれぞれ係合して
前記係止片間に前記ヤスリを回動自在に保持せし
め、該ヤスリと連動させた前記着火操作子の下端
部を前記ライター本体の前記開口部底面に連設さ
せた突状片に軸支せしめたことによつて、水平方
向に回転自在となした前記ヤスリ車を前記上下一
対の係止片間に押圧するだけで、ヤスリ車の支軸
用柱状突起がヤスリ軸挿通用スリツトを介して前
記ヤスリ用軸孔に回転自在に係止されると共に、
着火操作子と連動した固着用柱状突起が前記着火
操作子軸挿通用スリツトを介して前記着火操作子
軸孔に係止されて前記着火操作子を垂下させた状
態で前記中間ホルダーに保持され、かつ、前記着
火操作子と連動したヤスリが前記横孔式の発火石
収納筒から突起せしめた発火石と発火可能状態に
組み付けられるため、斯かる着火機構を保持せし
めた中間ホルダーを前記タンクキヤツプに押圧嵌
合するだけのワンタツチ操作で、前記着火操作子
の他、一連の着火機構がライター本体の所定位置
に簡単に組み付けでき、組立工程を簡素化した一
括組み付けを可能ならしめ、取付ネジ等の止着部
材を一切使用することなく、上側からの自動装填
が可能となるといつた効果を奏するものである。
