と、該張出板に穿設されたヤスリ用軸孔と、前記
張出板の外周縁から前記ヤスリ用軸孔に連通する
ように同張出板の幅方向端縁に沿つて穿設された
ヤスリ軸挿通用スリツトと、前記ヤスリ用軸孔と
対応する前記水平基板の長手方向一端側に穿設せ
しめた着火操作子用軸孔と、前記水平基板の外周
縁から前記着火操作子用軸孔に連通するように同
水平基板の幅方向端縁に沿つて穿設された着火操
作子軸挿通用スリツトとからなる上下一対の係止
片を形成すると共に、前記側板に前記操作レバー
の一端を回動自在に係合させるための係合湾部を
設けたことによつて、水平方向に回転自在となし
たヤスリがホルダーの長手方向一端側に設けた上
下一対の係止片間に簡単に架設できると共に、該
ヤスリの下に、回転子が同ヤスリと同軸上に連動
すべく縦列できて前記横孔式の発火石収納筒から
突出する着下石と前記ヤスリとが発火可能状態に
組み付けられ、しかも、側板に設けた係合湾部が
前記作動レバーの一端に回動自在に係合されるこ
とから作動レバーの枢着も瞬時にして可能となる
他、前記連結部材が内孔で前記ノズルの昇降を許
容し下端縁で前記ノズルの先端に突設したゴム弁
と当接するように組み付けられていることから、
ノズルと連通パイプとの接続がワンタツチででき
るものであり、まして、前記ゴム弁の下端には、
一端が前記ホルダーの係合湾部に回動自在に係合
されると共に他端を前記支承片の下端近傍まで臨
ませた略三角形状の側壁を備えた作動レバーの水
平基部で尻栓をすべく組み付けられていることか
ら、前記ゴム弁が前記連結部材の当接によつても
押し下げられることがなく、該ゴム弁が前記連結
部材の下面と前記水平基部の上面とで圧接挟持さ
れるため、ノズルと連結部材とのシールドが良好
になされるものであり、斯かる着下機構等を保持
せしめたホルダーを前記上蓋に押圧嵌合するだけ
でワンタツチ操作で、着火操作子、操作レバー、
連通パイプ及び一連の着火機構がライター本体の
所定位置に簡単に組み付けできるといつた効果を
奏し、オンライン化による自動装填が可能となる
ガスライターを提供できることとなつた。
