る電子部品工場等に採用される揚床用のグレーチ
ングに関し、更に詳しくはグレーチングの四隅に
調整ボルトによつて高さが調節出来る高さ調整装
置を取付け得るようにし、クリーンルームにグレ
ーチングを敷設する際にグレーチング相互の段差
をなくして水平な床面とすることが出来る高さ調

設に際して調整出来るだけであつて、床材敷設後
に床面の細かい高低を調整することは出来ない。
