Among these, the main need was to remove cigarette smoke and odor, and the greatest challenge was to find a perfect method for removing it. Furthermore, dryness during heating during winter was a major cause of loss of comfort and was a problem. Therefore, product development is actively underway to solve these needs.

The combination of electrostatic precipitator and activated carbon filter, as exemplified by Publication No. 5, has not been able to completely remove cigarette smoke and odor for a long time. Therefore, attention has been focused on water, which has a high dissolution property for malodorous components, and water, or aqua-type deodorization methods, are attracting attention. With this deodorizing method, it is possible to add a humidifying function at the same time.

For commercial use, wet filter single-type systems and water eddy current systems in which gas is passed through the water have been devised, but they are still too large for commercial or household use. For home use, the product is an Aqua-type air purifier that aims to be more compact and uses ultrasonic vibrations to atomize the water in the aquarium, absorb dust and odors, and then reconstitute the water with a drainer shielding plate and circulate it through the ultrasonic tank. has been made into However, with this method, the circulating water becomes extremely dirty.
Not only did the water become contaminated in a short period of time, but various parts were covered with dirt and grime, and the humid conditions led to the growth of mold, which was considered bad for the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to replace each member in a short period of time, which not only requires time and effort for maintenance, but also poses a problem of high running costs. Further, although humidification in winter is possible, the capacity is insufficient and there is a problem in that the humidity increases further in the humid summer.

ある。Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-106651, ozone is used to sterilize and deodorize circulating water;
Since the method of injecting ozone into water requires large pumping capacity, it is a national problem to treat large volumes of air using this method. Furthermore, there is currently no concrete plan for adding a humidity control function.

By applying ozone gas, the generation of dirt and mold on each part is minimized, simplifying maintenance and reducing running costs. Further, by controlling the temperature of the surface of the draining plate, dehumidification and humidification can be controlled.

A gas mixing zone, a draining zone, and an intake/exhaust fan are provided between the intake port and the exhaust port, and in the gas mixing zone, a mixed gas of the atomized water droplets, outside air from the intake port, and ozone gas is generated. After that, the gas is exhausted by an intake/exhaust fan from the exhaust port through a draining zone having a draining plate. It has a humidity control function by controlling the temperature of the surface of the draining board.

ことができる。Effects of the present invention With the above-described configuration, the atomizer generates atomized water droplets in the gas mixing zone and significantly increases the surface area of the water. Ozone gas is also adsorbed at the same time. Then, in the next draining zone, water droplets adsorbing fine particles of dust and cigarette smoke collide with the draining plate.
It converts into a large aqueous solution, falls under its own weight, and is drained outside through the drain. At this time, most of the dust, cigarette odor, etc. is drained while being adsorbed by the aqueous solution, and some of it is decomposed by ozone. In addition, the remaining ozone sterilizes and purifies the surfaces of each component, thereby preventing the water from rotting and molding, thereby suppressing dirt on each component and requiring almost no maintenance. Furthermore, the humidity at the exhaust port can be adjusted by controlling the temperature using a heater and a refrigerant pipe on the draining plate.

。The large aqueous solution contains ozone, dust adsorbed from the outside air, and the smell of cigarettes. This aqueous solution will flow into the drainage tank 23 along the plurality of draining plates 12. The aqueous solution that has flowed into the drain tank 23 remains there until the float switch 25 of the drain tank 23 is activated. When the aqueous solution accumulates up to the position of the float switch 25, the float switch 25 is activated and the drain valve 26 is opened to drain the water all at once. The reason for temporarily storing the waste water is to prevent dust extracted from the outside air from accumulating at the bottom of the drain tank 23 and clogging the drain port 11. This is to wash it off regularly. Furthermore, if the drain port 11 is always left open, not only is it easy for dust etc. to accumulate, but also there is a possibility that outside air with a bad odor may flow back through the drain port 11.

The ozone decomposition filter 7 is mainly composed of activated carbon and titanium oxide, and is set as a precaution to prevent unreacted ozone from being discharged into the room. Exhaust gas treated in this way has its original exhaust gas and cigarette odor completely removed with water and ozone, resulting in clean air.

を特徴とする空気清浄機。A sprayer that converts the water in the aquarium into mist-like water droplets, an ozone generator that blows ozone gas into the mist-like water droplets, and a gas mixing zone, a draining zone, and an intake/exhaust fan between the intake port and the exhaust port are installed. In the gas mixing zone, the atomized water droplets, outside air introduced from the intake port, and ozone gas are mixed into a gas mixture, which is then exhausted from the exhaust port by an intake/exhaust fan through a draining zone having a draining plate. An air purifier characterized by converting a mixed gas into a large aqueous solution using a draining plate in a draining zone, draining the aqueous solution from a drain port, and controlling the temperature of the surface of this draining plate to have a humidity control function. Machine.
