Abstract

PURPOSE:To perfectly remove dust and malodor and to simplify the maintenance by atomizing the water in a water vessel into mist to efficiently adsorb dust and malodor, and then making the mist into water drops by water separating plates, and cleaning and sterizing each member with ozone. CONSTITUTION:There are provided the atomizer 9 making the water in the water vessel 13 into mist, an ozone generator 10 blowing gaseous ozone into the mist, and a gas mixing zone 4, a water separation zone 5 and a suction and a discharge fan 6 between an air suction opening 2 and an air discharge opening 3. In the gas mixing zone 4, the mist, the outer air introduced from the suction opening 2, and gaseous ozone are into mixed gas, and then discharged through the water separation zone 5 from the discharge opening 3 by the suction and discharge fan 6. In the water separation zone 5, the water content in the mixed gas is made into large particles of water solution which is discharged from a water discharge port 11. As a result, dust and malodor are perfectly removed, and the stain of each member and the generation of mold are restrained to the utmost with ozone so that the maintenance is simplified.

However, the current mainstream of air purification is
The combination of electrostatic precipitator and activated carbon filter, as exemplified by Publication No. 5, has not been able to completely remove cigarette smoke and odor for a long time. Therefore, attention has been focused on water, which has a high dissolution characteristic for malodorous components, and water, or aqua-type deodorization methods, are attracting attention.

Wet-type G2 odor devices using sprays such as scrubbers have traditionally been used for industrial purposes, but because of the large size of the devices, they have been avoided for commercial or home use. For commercial use, wet filter single-type systems and water eddy current systems in which gas is passed through the water have been devised, but they are still too large for commercial or household use. For home use, the product is an Aqua-type air purifier that aims to be more compact and uses ultrasonic vibrations to atomize the water in the aquarium, absorb dust and odors, and then reconstitute the water with a drainer shielding plate and circulate it through the ultrasonic tank. has been made into However, with this method, the circulating water becomes extremely dirty, and not only does the water become contaminated in a short period of time, but also dirt such as resin sticks to various parts, and furthermore, mold and mildew can occur due to the high humidity. It was considered that it was not good for environmental health. Therefore, it is necessary to replace each member in a short period of time, which not only requires time and effort for maintenance, but also poses a problem of high running costs.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-106651, ozone is used to sterilize and deodorize circulating water;
Since the method of injecting ozone into water requires large pumping capacity, it is difficult to treat large volumes of air with this method.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned source M, the air purifier of the present invention includes a sprayer that converts water in an aquarium into atomized water droplets, and an ozone generator that blows ozone gas into the atomized water droplets. A gas mixing zone, a draining zone, and an intake/exhaust fan are provided between the intake port and the exhaust port, and in the gas mixing zone, a mixed gas of the atomized water droplets, outside air from the intake port, and ozone gas is generated. After that, the gas is exhausted by an intake/exhaust fan from an exhaust port through a draining zone. In the draining zone, a draining plate converts the mixed gas into a large aqueous solution, and the aqueous solution is drained from a drain port.

Effect of the present invention With the above-described configuration, the atomizer generates atomized water droplets in the gas mixing zone and significantly increases the surface area of the water, thereby efficiently adsorbing dust contained in the outside air and the depths of cigarettes, etc. Ozone gas is also adsorbed at the same time.

Then, in the next draining zone, water droplets adsorbing particulate dust and cigarette smoke collide with the draining plate, converting into large aqueous solutions, falling under their own weight, and being drained outside through the drain port. At this time, most of the dust, cigarette odor, etc. is drained while being adsorbed by the aqueous solution, and some of it is decomposed by ozone. In addition, the remaining ozone sterilizes and purifies the surfaces of each component, thereby preventing the water from rotting and molding, thereby suppressing dirt on each component and requiring almost no maintenance.

The large aqueous solution contains ozone, dust adsorbed from the outside air, and the smell of cigarettes. This aqueous solution will flow into the drainage tank 21 along the plurality of draining plates 12. The aqueous solution that has flowed into the drain tank 21 remains there until the float switch 23 of the drain tank 21 is activated. When the aqueous solution accumulates to the position of the float switch 23, the float switch 23 is activated and the drain valve 24 is opened to drain the water all at once. The purpose of the layer in which wastewater is temporarily stored is to prevent dust extracted from the outside air from accumulating at the bottom of the drainage tank 21 and clogging the drain port 11. This is to wash it away regularly. Furthermore, if the drain port 11 is left open all the time, not only will dust and the like be likely to accumulate, but also there is a possibility that outside air with foul odor may flow back through the drain port 11.

The mixed gas that has not condensed in the draining zone 5 is exhausted into the room by an intake/exhaust fan 6 through an ozone decomposition filter 7 and an exhaust port 3. The ozone decomposition filter 7 is mainly composed of activated carbon and titanium oxide, and is set as a precaution to prevent unreacted ozone from being discharged into the room. Exhaust gas treated in this way has its original dust and cigarette odor completely removed with water and ozone, resulting in clean air.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the air purifier of the present invention has a sprayer that converts water in an aquarium into atomized water droplets, an ozone generator that blows ozone gas into the atomized water droplets, and an intake port and an exhaust port. A gas mixing zone, a draining zone, and an intake/exhaust fan are provided in between.
In the gas mixing zone, the above-mentioned mist water droplets, outside air from the intake port, and ozone gas are mixed into a gas mixture, which is then exhausted by an intake/exhaust fan from the exhaust port through the draining zone, and mixed in the draining zone. It converts gas into a large aqueous solution and drains the aqueous solution from the drain port, removing dust and dirt.
Not only does it completely remove the smell of cigarettes, but it also uses ozone to sterilize and clean each component, thereby minimizing maintenance.
