(Prior art and its problems) A vehicle seat is formed by bonding a skin to the surface of a foam cushion material molded into the outer shape of the seat, as shown in Fig. 6. The cushion material 1 is fixed, the skin 2 is placed on the lower mold b, and then adhesive is applied to the surface of the cushion material 1 or the back surface of the skin 2, and then an upper mold such as hydraulic or air
The upper die a' is lowered by a press c attached to a' to pressurize the cushion material 1 and adhere it to the skin 2.

By the way, the upper surface of the cushion material 1 is formed into an uneven shape. That is, the central portion 12 has raised portions 11, 11 on the left and right sides thereof. Therefore,
Recessed grooves 13, 13 are provided in the left and right raised parts 11, 11, and a part of the skin 2 is bitten into the recessed grooves 13, 13 to form decorative recessed lines on the surface of the sheet A as shown in FIG. When molding 2a, 2a, the raised portion 1
1 and 11 are thicker than the center part 12,
Skin 2 biting into concave grooves 13, 13 of cushion material 1
The adhesion of the parts 2a, 2a was poor, and there was a risk that the skin 2 of the parts 2a, 2a would peel off. Further, an inner surface 14 between the raised parts 11, 11 and the central part 12 of the cushion material 1,
Particularly in the case where the mold 14 is formed substantially in the same direction as the pressing direction of the upper die a' as shown in the figure, there was a problem in that the skin 2 was difficult to adhere to the inner surfaces 14, 14.

The adhesive molding apparatus for vehicle seats of the present invention to achieve such an object consists of a lower mold on which a skin is placed, and an upper mold that fixes a foam cushioning material and pressurizes the skin. is provided with a main pressing body that presses the entire cushion material in the direction of the lower die, and an auxiliary pressing body that presses a part of the cushion material, and the pressing force of the main pressing body and the auxiliary pressing body is used to press the cushion material. It is made by adhering a skin to the surface, and the main pressing body presses the cushion material with the entire upper mold, and while the main pressing body is applying pressure, the auxiliary pressing body increases the pressure applied by the main pressing body. The material is pressed onto the cushion body in the area where it is lacking in moisture and adheres to the epidermis.

In such a device, one end side a2' of the pressing piece a2, which is pressed by the auxiliary pressing body P2, is rotatably attached to the upper die a with a pin, and the pressing piece a2 is pressed by the auxiliary pressing body P2. The inner surface 14 side of the cushion material 1 is pressed in the direction of the lower mold b facing this inner surface by rotating as shown by the dotted chain line, thereby adhering the outer skin.
Note that this auxiliary pressing body P2 is operated after pressing the upper mold a by the main pressing body P1, as in the previous embodiment.

Further, the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 shows an adhesive molding device for bonding a skin 2 to a cushion material 1 having a tapered side surface 15' and a concave groove 13' on the side surface. A substantially L-shaped pressing piece a3 independent of the upper mold a is provided at a location corresponding to the tapered side surface 15' of the upper mold 1, and an auxiliary pressing body P2 is connected to the pressing piece a3. A protrusion b1' is provided at a position facing the concave groove 13' of the cushion material 1. Therefore, when the main pressing body P1 presses the upper mold a to which the cushion material 1 is fixed and the cushion material 1 is pressurized, when the side surface 15' of the cushion material 1 is pressed by the auxiliary pressing body P2, the cushion material 1 is pressed. The entire surface of the outer skin 2 of the material 1 is adhered, and the outer skin 2 is bitten into the grooves 13' of the cushion material 1, thereby obtaining a sheet having decorative grooves on its side surfaces.

(Effects) According to the present invention, the main pressing body that presses the entire cushion material and the auxiliary pressing body that presses the cushion material in areas where the pressing force of this main pressing body is insufficient are attached to the upper die. The skin can be reliably bonded to cushion materials having different wall thicknesses in the pressing direction, cushion materials having surfaces in substantially the same direction as the pressing direction, and the like. Therefore, unlike conventional products, there is no defective adhesion of the skin to the cushion material, and a sheet that does not impair aesthetic appearance can be formed.
