If gloves, hats, shoes, etc. used in a clean room are to be reused without being discarded, they must be washed using specially purified water and then dried in a clean environment. However, in the past, there was no rapid drying equipment suitable for use in such cases, so it was common to hang the product in a clean room and wait for it to dry naturally. For this reason, it was common for items such as rubber gloves, which are not breathable and do not allow water to escape easily, to take approximately 24 hours to completely dry.

A blower device that generates pressurized air using a pressurizing fan, passes the generated pressurized air through a heater and a high-performance air filter (so-called HEPA filter), and converts it into clean warm air. It consists of a hot air distribution pipe for blowing onto the material to be dried, and the hot air distribution pipe consists of a main air pipe directly connected to the blower and branch pipes branching from it, and the outer wall of the branch pipe has a total opening area. A drying material adhering member (hereinafter referred to as

When using the drying device of the present invention, place the opening of the object to be dried such as gloves (in the case of gloves, the wrist opening) on the object to be dried, and then Secure it so that it covers the tube opening. When the blower is activated to generate warm air,
The hot air flows to each branch pipe via the main air pipe, is blown onto the object to be dried fixed to the adherend member of the branch pipe, and then exits from the ventilation hole of the adherend member. Since the total opening area of the ventilation holes is smaller than the opening area of the branch pipes, the material to be dried expands like a balloon, and warm air flows to every corner of the drying material, resulting in rapid drying.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a blower device 5 consisting of a prefilter 1, a pressure fan 2, a heater 3, and a high-performance air filter 4 arranged in series is attached to a cart 7 with casters 6. , five hot air distribution pipes 9 are arranged on the top plate 8 of the cover to form a ventilation path from the pre-filter to the hot air distribution pipes 9. The hot air distribution pipe 9 includes a main air pipe 10, which is a standpipe connected to the hot air outlet of the air blower 5, and a number of short branch pipes 1 branched horizontally and in all directions from the main air pipe 10.
Consists of 1. The tip of the branch pipe 11 is open, but the top of the main blow pipe 10 is closed with a cap 12. An annular adhered member 1 is attached to the outer wall of the branch pipe 11.
3 is fixed to the outer wall of the branch pipe 11 in a brim-like manner with no gap. Although four ventilation holes 14 are bored in the adhered member 13, the total opening area of each adhered member is sufficiently smaller than the area of the opening of the branch pipe 11. Next, a method of drying rubber gloves using this drying device will be explained. As shown in FIG. 4, the rubber glove G to be dried is placed over the adherent member 13 with its wrist opening widened, and is fixed in that state by utilizing the elasticity of the rubber glove. If necessary, use suitable fixation aids. However, at that time, be careful not to block the ventilation holes 14. Incidentally, a cap 15 for closing the opening of the branch pipe 11 is prepared, and when there is a branch pipe 11 that is not used, the opening is closed. When the blower device 5 is operated to generate clean hot air, the warm air flows through the main blower pipe 10 to each branch pipe 11, and then is blown into the rubber gloves G fixed to the adherent member 13. The hot air outlet is only the ventilation hole 14 of the adherend 13, and its total area is the branch pipe 1 which is the hot air blowing port.
Since the area of the opening is much smaller than that of No. 1, the internal pressure P of the rubber glove G becomes equal to or higher than the atmospheric pressure, and the glove G inflates like a balloon. As a result, warm air flows throughout the inside of the glove, which speeds up drying. In order to enable the same hot air distribution as in the above usage example, the adherend material in the drying device of the present invention is shaped and sized to suit the article to be dried so that it is covered with as few gaps as possible. It is desirable to select In order to easily handle the case where a plurality of objects to be dried are to be dried with one drying device, the adherend member or the hot air distribution pipe to which it is attached may be made replaceable. Furthermore, depending on the type of material to be dried, it is possible that one of the main air pipes may not be used, so an on-off valve may be attached to the base of the main air pipe 10.

As mentioned above, the drying device of the present invention succeeds in blowing clean warm air to the parts of the article that are usually the hardest to dry, such as the fingertips of gloves, so it can be used in large numbers in a small space. of articles can be dried within a very short time and without fear of contamination. In addition, since the adherent member is provided with ventilation holes 14, the gloves can be attached and fixed, and the dry warm air filled inside the gloves can flow out from inside the gloves, causing the gloves to inflate and Drying efficiency can be increased.
