題かあった。従来、酸洗条件が変動した場合には、帯鋼
の搬送速度を制御することによって、酸洗槽の酸溶液中
での浸漬時間を調節していた。しかしながら、帯鋼の搬
送速度を制御して酸洗をすることは、一連の連続作業を
行なうライン操作において、作業に支障をきたし、作業
効率を著しく低下させることになる。したがって、従来
、ライン操作において、帯鋼の搬送速度を変化させるこ
となく一定に維持したまま、良好な酸洗肌を有する帯鋼
が得られるような酸洗処理を行うことが望まれている。
