Conventionally, celluloid has been mainly used as the transparent resin sheet 4, but the present inventors have discovered that a laminate of at least two layers, a surface layer made of vinylidene fluoride resin and a layer made of methacrylic resin, They discovered that it had performance superior to that of celluloid, and proposed a game board using such a transparent resin sheet (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-206780). In other words, the transparent resin sheet made of this laminate is hard to get dirty, and even if it gets dirty, it can be easily removed, and it is not attacked by chemicals. It has characteristics such as making it stand out more vividly. Therefore, it is attracting attention as a material that can be used not only for game boards with nails such as pachinko machines, but also for decorative sheets as surface materials for a wide range of game boards.

However, problems were also found in the use of the transparent resin sheet disclosed in JP-A-58-206780. That is, if the hot press method is used when combining the transparent resin sheet 2 with the paper 7, a surface gloss comparable to or higher than that obtained using celluloid can be obtained, but the resulting decorative sheet has the disadvantage that it is easily curled. . If the decorative sheet obtained in this manner tends to peel, the workability when laminating it to a back plate such as plywood board 1 becomes poor. On the other hand, if a cold roll method is used instead of a hot press method, curling will be reduced, but the surface gloss will be worse than that of celluloid.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention provides a material that is hard to curl, has a surface gloss equal to or higher than that of celluloid, is hard to stain like the one disclosed in JP-A-58-206780, and has chemical resistance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a decorative sheet for a game board, which has a clear pattern and exhibits transparency.

As a result of research for the above-mentioned purpose, the present inventors recognized that hot pressing is still essential in order to obtain a decorative sheet with good surface gloss using a transparent resin sheet whose surface layer is vinylidene fluoride resin. I had it. However, if you first obtain a transparent resin sheet with a good surface gloss using the hot press method, and then bond it to paper using an adhesive using a cold roll,
It has been found that a decorative sheet can be obtained that maintains good surface gloss, has excellent properties as described above, and is resistant to curling.

The method for manufacturing a decorative sheet for a game board of the present invention is based on such knowledge, and more specifically,
After hot pressing a transparent resin sheet consisting of a laminate of at least two layers: a surface layer made of a vinylidene fluoride resin with a thickness of 2 to 10 μm and a layer made of a methacrylic resin, a surface layer made of the vinylidene fluoride resin is prepared. On the opposite side, it is characterized by being bonded to paper using an adhesive and by cold rolling.

The vinylidene fluoride resin constituting the surface layer 14a of the transparent resin sheet 14 is not limited to a homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride (hereinafter abbreviated as "PVDF"), but is made of 70 mol% vinylidene fluoride. The above, comonomer copolymerizable with this 1
Copolymers with at least one of these species, or compositions containing at least one of these as a matrix resin are used. Among them, PVDF and the following methacrylic resins, especially polymethyl methacrylate (hereinafter referred to as
PVDF
This is thought to be due to the effect of alleviating the shrinkage stress, but it also has the effect of further reducing the curl of the decorative sheet obtained. It also has the effect of increasing surface gloss. The methacrylic resin contains 5 in the surface layer.
It is preferably used in a range of 10 to 40% by weight, particularly 10 to 40% by weight. If it is smaller than this range, the effect of improving surface gloss will be poor, and if it is added beyond this range, properties such as chemical resistance and stain resistance will deteriorate. The reason why the mixed resin with methacrylic resin gives more gloss than PVDF alone is thought to be due to the good compatibility between PVDF and methacrylic resin and the fact that the spherulites of PVDF become smaller. .

Surface layer 14a made of vinylidene fluoride resin
The thickness used is in the range of 2 to 10 μm, preferably 2.5 to 9 μm, and even more preferably 3 to 8 μm. If it is thinner than the above range, the chemical liquid will seep into the lower layer when cleaning the nails when nails are driven into the resulting decorative board, such as in a pachinko machine. On the other hand, if it is thicker than the above range, transparency will be lost.

Surface layer 14a along with vinylidene fluoride resin
The methacrylic resin constituting or constituting the layer 14b is a resin or resin composition containing at least one of methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate as a main constituent unit, for example,
Contains 50 mol% or more of PMMA, polyethyl methacrylate, or at least one of methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate, and alkyl methacrylates other than methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, and butyl acrylate. A copolymer containing an alkyl acrylate such as the following as a comonomer, or a composition containing at least one of these polymers as a main component is used. Preferably, homopolymers and copolymers consisting only of the monomers listed above are used, and even more preferably, PMMA, copolymers of methyl methacrylate and methyl acrylate, and copolymers of methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate are used. Copolymers are used. Note that the copolymer is not limited to a random copolymer, and for example, a graft copolymer can also be used, and a preferable example is one in which a monomer mainly containing methyl methacrylate is graft-polymerized to an acrylic saturated crosslinked rubber.

The layer 14b made of methacrylic resin is made of 2-
In combination with the surface layer 14a made of vinylidene fluoride resin as thin as 10 μm, it can be used as a backing layer to provide a transparent resin sheet 14 with a thickness suitable for handling, or as shown in FIG. It functions as an intermediate layer that is located between the resin layer 14c and improves bonding properties with the surface layer 14a made of vinylidene fluoride resin. Therefore, the upper limit of the thickness is appropriately selected within a range that provides a transparent resin sheet that does not impair the transparency as a whole, and the effect as an intermediate layer such as the latter is
This effect is exhibited at a thickness of 1 μm or more.

The layer 14b made of methacrylic resin is preferably in contact with the surface layer 14a made of vinylidene fluoride resin from the viewpoint of adhesion, but it is not necessarily required that the layer 14b be in contact with the surface layer 14a made of vinylidene fluoride resin. An adhesive layer may be interposed between the layer made of the resin and the layer made of the resin.

The transparent resin sheet 14 may have only two layers, the layer 14a made of vinylidene fluoride resin and the layer 14b made of methacrylic resin, but as shown in FIG. If possible, a resin layer 14c may be laminated without impairing transparency. For example, vinyl chloride resin, polycarbonate resin, thermoplastic polyester, etc. can be used. In this case, it is desirable that the additional layer 14c accounts for 80% or more, particularly 90% or more of the transparent resin sheet 14. In order to further reduce curling, it is desirable that the additional layer 14c be made of a soft or semi-hard vinyl chloride resin. Here, the soft or semi-hard vinyl chloride resin is a composition consisting of a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, and a processing aid.
When the plasticity is more than 25 phr in vinyl chloride resin, it is called soft, and when it is less, it is called semi-hard.
The plasticizer has an external plasticizing effect through physical relaxation. By including such a plasticizer, the sheet becomes flexible and can absorb and absorb slight curling that occurs when the transparent resin sheet and paper are bonded together, thereby preventing curling.

For reference, "HC-500L" (trade name of internally plasticized vinyl chloride produced by Kureha Chemical Industry) used in the examples of JP-A No. 58-20687 has improved workability through copolymerization. This is an improved vinyl chloride resin that does not have the effect of plasticizing polyvinyl chloride.
It only acts as a processing aid. Therefore, in this example, the use of a plasticizer in the above sense is not disclosed.

The decorative sheet 12 thus obtained is pasted onto a substrate, typically a plywood board, via an adhesive, and used for a game board. As for the adhesive used when bonding to the substrate, when the adhesive has sufficient adhesive strength between the substrate and the paper,
A method of directly adhering to the substrate is adopted, but if this is not possible, indirect adhesion is performed. For example, acrylic adhesive has sufficient adhesive strength for synthetic paper and plywood, so it can be used directly as an adhesive for these. However, adhesives such as polyvinyl acetate do not have sufficient adhesion to synthetic paper and plywood. In such cases, since polyvinyl acetate has sufficient adhesive strength both between ordinary paper and synthetic paper, and between ordinary paper and plywood, there is no bond between the synthetic paper and the plywood. A method of adhering through paper is used.

In addition, the following tests were conducted regarding the surface gloss and stain resistance of this decorative sheet. That is, a pachinko machine using this decorative sheet was set in a place where many people come and go, and after automatically circulating the pachinko balls for 8 hours a day, the balls used were washed once a day and repeated. The cleaning method was to wash for 5 minutes with 2% household detergent ``Magitukrin'' (Kao Soap) in water, and then wash with water for another 5 minutes. The surface gloss level of pachinko balls before automatic circulation is according to JISZ8741.
It was 80% when measured at a light incident angle of 60° from the normal line of the sheet. On the other hand, after circulating pachinko balls as described above for 30 days, the surface gloss retention rate (calculated assuming the initial value as 100%) near the top nail of the pachinko machine, which is the most likely to get dirty, was the same. It was measured at 91%, and after 90 days it was 88%.
It was %. Moreover, no damage was observed from the ball.
