[Background technology] As a downlight, as shown in Fig. 2,
Four straight arc tubes 3 are arranged point-symmetrically in two rows, vertically and horizontally, and are set upright from the base part 4, and the adjacent arc tubes 3 are connected by a connecting part (not shown). Some fluorescent lamps 1 are used in which discharge paths of filaments disposed in different arc tubes 3 are formed by passing through all the arc tubes 3. A conventional reflecting plate 2 that covers the side surface of the fluorescent lamp 1 of this downlight and reflects light downward is formed in a rotationally symmetrical shape with respect to the central axis of the fluorescent lamp 1. For this reason, the axis of each arc tube 3 is shifted from the central axis of the reflector 2, and therefore, when viewed from below, the inner surface of the reflector 2 other than the shaded area A in FIG. There was a problem that the arc tube 3 was not reflected and the illuminance directly below was reduced.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned points, and its purpose is to reduce the direct illuminance when a fluorescent lamp consisting of a plurality of straight arc tubes is used. There is no downlight to offer.

[Disclosure of the invention] (Structure) The present invention has a plurality of straight arc tubes erected from a base part, and adjacent arc tubes are connected by a connecting part and arranged in different arc tubes. A downlight comprising: a fluorescent lamp formed by passing a filament discharge path through all the arc tubes; and a reflector that covers the side surface of the fluorescent lamp and reflects light downward; The upper and lower parts of the fluorescent lamp have different structures, respectively, and the upper part of the reflector is formed into a curved surface centered on the axis of the arc tube, and the inner surface facing each arc tube of the fluorescent lamp is formed into a curved surface centered on the axis of the arc tube. The lower part of the reflector is formed into a curved surface centered on the overall central axis of the fluorescent lamp, and the inner surface of the upper part of the reflector that faces each arc tube of the fluorescent lamp is formed into a curved surface centered around the axis of each arc tube. By forming it into a curved surface, each arc tube is reflected evenly on the inner surface of the reflector, so that when a fluorescent lamp consisting of multiple straight arc tubes is used, the direct illuminance will not decrease. In addition, by forming a curved surface centered on the overall central axis of the fluorescent lamp at the bottom of the reflector, light is less likely to be reflected at the tip of the arc tube, which is the coldest point, and the coldest point of the fluorescent lamp is The cooling efficiency of the fluorescent lamp is increased to increase the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent lamp.

(Example) FIG. 1 shows an example of the present invention. In the downlight of this embodiment, the fluorescent lamp 1 is mounted from below perpendicularly to the ceiling surface in a socket (not shown) attached to the lower surface of the top plate 5, as in the conventional example shown in FIG. It's becoming like that. A lighting circuit such as a ballast 8 is disposed on one end of the top plate 5, and a glow socket 7 in which a glow lamp 6 is mounted is disposed on the bottom surface of the top plate 5 near the socket of the fluorescent lamp 1. . The reflector 2 of this embodiment is constricted at the center,
The mounting spring 11 has a cylindrical shape with a cylindrical part 2a formed in the upper part into which the fluorescent lamp 1 is inserted, and the upper end is fixed to the top plate 5 on the collar part 2b at the upper peripheral edge of the cylindrical part 2a.
The reflective plate 2 is attached to the top plate 5 by elastically locking the bent portion. In addition, in this embodiment, the inner surface facing each arc tube 3 of the fluorescent lamp 1 at the center of the reflecting plate 2 and above the constriction formed above the tip of the fluorescent lamp 1 (FIG. 1b) ) is formed into a curved surface centered on the axis of the arc tube 3. The portion of the reflector 2 below the constriction is formed into a curved surface centered on the overall central axis of the fluorescent lamp 1, as in the conventional art. Arms 9 are provided on both sides of the top plate 5 as in the conventional example shown in FIG. It is installed in a hole embedded in the ceiling, and a frame 10, which is attached to the lower opening surface of the reflector plate 2, is held at the tip of the arm 9.

By the way, in the fluorescent lamp 1 having the four straight arc tubes 3 as described above, there are parts of the inner surface of the reflector plate 2 where the arc tubes 3 are not reflected. By forming the inner surface of the fluorescent lamp 1 above the constriction of the reflector plate 2, which the respective arc tubes 3 of the fluorescent lamp 1 face, into a curved surface centered on the axis of the arc tube 3, a reflector plate with which all the arc tubes 3 face each other is formed. Reflector 2 is reflected on the inner surface of reflector 2.
The arc tube 3 is evenly reflected on the entire inner surface of the screen. For this reason, the illuminance directly below the downlight is increased, increasing the efficiency of the fixture.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention has a plurality of straight arc tubes erected from the base, and connects adjacent arc tubes with a connecting part, so that they are arranged in different arc tubes. A downlight comprising: a fluorescent lamp formed by passing a discharge path of a filament provided through all of the arc tubes; and a reflecting plate that covers a side surface of the fluorescent lamp and reflects light downward, the reflecting plate The upper and lower parts of the fluorescent lamp have different structures, respectively, and the inner surface of the upper part of the reflector, which faces each arc tube of the fluorescent lamp, is formed into a curved surface centered on the axis of the arc tube. The lower part of the plate is formed into a curved surface centered on the overall central axis of the fluorescent lamp, and the inner surface of the upper part of the reflecting plate facing each arc tube of the fluorescent lamp is formed into a curved surface centered around the axis of the arc tube. Since each arc tube is formed so that it is evenly reflected on the inner surface of the opposing reflector, it is possible to reflect the arc tube on the entire inner surface of the reflector. When a lamp is used, the direct illuminance does not decrease, thus improving the efficiency of the device, and the lower part of the reflector is formed into a curved surface centered on the overall central axis of the fluorescent lamp. Therefore, it is possible to increase the cooling efficiency of the coldest point of the fluorescent lamp by making it difficult for light to be reflected at the tip of the arc tube, which is the coldest point. This has the effect of increasing the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent lamp. be.
