Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は磁気デイスクなどのドーナツツ状円
板の保持容器に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、第２図に示すように、円板を保持する場
合、中に孔のある円盤状のスペーサー１を磁気デ
イスクなどの円板２の間にはさみ、円板と円板が
接触しないようにしていた。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかし、従来のスペーサーを用いる容器は、円
板と円板の接触を避けることができるが、スペー
サーが円板平面と接触するため、そこにシミが生
じて円板に重大な欠陥を発生させるという欠点が
あつた。
そこでこの考案は従来のこのような欠点を解決
するため、円板を保持する場合、スペーサーと円
板が、円板平面状で接触しない容器を得ることを
目的としている。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
上記問題点を解決するためこの考案は、スペー
サーの形をソロバン球状にして、円板とスペーサ
ーが円板平面上で接触しないようにしていた。
〔作用〕
上記のようなスペーサーの形を有すると、ドー
ナツツ上円板とスペーサーが、円板の内周上で接
触するため、スペーサーによる円板のシミ発生を
防止することができるのである。
〔実施例〕
以下にこの考案の実施例を図面にもとづいて説
明する。第１図において円柱３をたててある底部
材４の円柱３にソロバン球状のスペーサー５を入
れ円板２を入れさらにスペーサーを入れる。これ
をくり返すことにより複数の円板を保持すること
ができ、第３図の断面図に示すように、スペーサ
ーと円板が、円板の内周部で接触し、円板を保持
する。
〔考案の効果〕
この考案は以上説明したように、スペーサーの
形をソロバン球状にすることにより、円板平面上
にシミ、キズを発生させない効果がある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案のスペーサーを用いた側面図、
第２図は、この従来の実施断面図、第３図はこの
考案にかかるスペーサーと円板保持状態の縦断面
図である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２つの円錐を底面部で接着し、底面に平行に頂
    点部を切取つて、その中心を円筒状に中空にした
    ソロバン球状のスペーサーと、前記スペーサーの
    中空部に係合し積層状に固定する円柱を立ててあ
    る底部材と、全体をおおうふたからなるドーナツ
    ツ状円板保持容器。
