Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the heat transfer property between a temperature sensor and a holder by pinching the peripheral side section of the temperature sensor along its longitudinal direction with a plate spring member folded into a V-shaped cross section, and bringing it into elastic contact with the inner wall of the holder. CONSTITUTION:A plate spring member 4 is inserted into a holder 2, and hooking pieces 7 (for preventing the drop of the spring member 4), 8 are coupled with both ends of the holder 2. A temperature sensor 3 is inserted between the inner face of the holder 2 and the spring member 4 until its insertion tip is brought into contact with a hook section 9. The plate spring member 4 is spread so that its V-shaped cross section is slightly opened. The sensor 3 is pressed to the inner wall of the holder 2 by the closing force of the spring member 4 while its peripheral side section is pinched along the longitudinal direction by the spring member 4. The whole insertion portion of the sensor 3 is stably held by the spring member 4 in good contact with the inner face of the holder 2. The heat transfer property between the holder 2 and the temperature sensor 3 is improved, and the high-sensitivity temperature detection by the sensor 3 can be attained.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the leaf spring member d has both ends thereof bent at right angles in opposite directions, thereby regulating the insertion amount of the temperature sensor C into the holder b at one end. A first locking piece f is formed at the other end, and a second locking piece g is formed at the other end for regulating the amount of insertion of the leaf spring member d into the holder b. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the leaf spring member d has a central portion in the longitudinal direction that is slightly folded back toward the bending side of the second locking piece g. It is configured to come into elastic contact with the inner surface of the

When installing the temperature sensor C into the holder b, the plate spring member d is inserted into the holder b from the first locking piece f side, and then the temperature sensor C is inserted. As a result, the distance between the inner surface of the holder b and the folded portion is expanded, and the elasticity of the leaf spring member d causes the temperature sensor C to come into elastic contact with the inner surface of the holder b and to be fixed therein.

(Function) When attaching the temperature sensor to the holder, the leaf spring member is inserted into the holder, and then the temperature sensor is inserted between the inner surface of the holder and the leaf spring member. By inserting the temperature sensor, the leaf spring member is slightly expanded, and the temperature sensor's peripheral side is pressed against the inner wall of the holder which is sandwiched in the longitudinal direction by the leaf spring member. As a result, the temperature sensor is stably held while being in good contact with the holder, so that heat transfer between the holder and the temperature sensor is improved.

This leaf spring member 4 is formed to have approximately the same length as the holder 2. By bending both ends of the leaf spring member 4 at right angles in the opposite direction to the folded side of the 7-shape, the leaf spring member 4 is prevented from falling off from the holder 2 toward the rainy side. A first locking piece 7 is formed on both sides of the other end, and a second locking piece 8 is formed on both sides of the other end for regulating the amount of insertion of the leaf spring member 4 into the holder 2. In order to restrict the amount of insertion of the temperature sensor 3, a locking portion 9 is provided near the insertion side tip of the leaf spring member 4 by bending both sides of the leaf spring member 4 so as to protrude toward the folded side of the figure 7 shape. is formed.

Next, when mounting the temperature sensor 3 to the holder 2, which will explain the operation of this embodiment, the leaf spring member 4 is first inserted into the holder 2 and mounted. When attaching the leaf spring member 4, the first and second locking pieces 7.8 are engaged with both ends of the holder 2. Next, the inner surface of the holder 2 and the leaf spring member 4
Meanwhile, the temperature sensor 3 is inserted until its insertion tip abuts against the locking part 9. By inserting the temperature sensor 3, the leaf spring member 4 is expanded so that its V-shaped cross section is slightly opened. The temperature sensor 3 has a leaf spring member 4 on its peripheral side.
The leaf spring member 4 is pressed against the inner wall of the holder by the force of closing the legs while being sandwiched in the longitudinal direction by the holders. The entire insertion portion of the temperature sensor 3 is stably held by the leaf spring member 4, and is held in good contact with the inner surface of the holder 2. As a result, the heat transfer between the holder 2 and the temperature sensor 3 is significantly improved, and highly sensitive temperature detection by the temperature sensor 3 can be achieved. As a result, it is possible to prevent the leaf spring member 4 from falling off the holder 2 even when the temperature sensor 3 is not attached, so that the leaf spring member 4 can be prevented from being lost.
