Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve workability by assembling an interlocking plate to a fitting plate crosswise, and inserting the fitting plate into an inserting groove in the edge of a large size tile as well as the interlocking plate fixed to a wall side face. CONSTITUTION:A slit hole 1b in the shape of a slit with one end opened is formed on the front portion of an interlocking plate 1 formed in a plate shaped and an oblong hole 1a is formed in the rear portion of the interlocking plate 1 in an oblong shape. A slit hole 2a in the shape of a slit with one side opened is formed in the center of a fitting plate 2 formed in a plate shape. The fitting plate 2 and the interlocking plate 1 are united into one body crosswise by engaging the slit hole 2 with the slit hole 1b. The bottom portion of the fitting plate 2 is fitted into an inserting groove 3a formed on the upper edge potion of a tile 3. The interlocking plate 1 is connected to an L fitting 4 fixed on a wall face W beforehand through an interlocking bolt 6.

するとともに、前記挿着プレートを大型タイルの端面に
形成された挿入溝内に挿着させ、前記大型タイルを前記
壁面に取り付けることである。

本例においては大型タイル3を壁面Wに取り付けるに際

にて板状に形成されたものであり、前部部位には一方端
が開口したスリット状のスリット孔1bが形成されてお
り、後部部位には横長状に横長孔1aが形成されている
。又、挿着プレート2もステンレスで板状に形成された
ものであり、中央部には一方側が開口したスリット状の
スリット孔2aが形成されている。

せることができ、この時に横長孔1aを介し横方向位置

固定するとともに、前記挿着プレートを大型タイルの端
面に形成された挿入溝内に挿着許せ、前記大型タイルを
前記壁面に取り付けることとしたため、現場にて簡易に
連結プレートと挿着プレートを組み付げ、挿着ブレー1
・を大型タイルの挿入溝内に挿着させて、次々と大型タ
イルを壁面に列設させて取り付けてゆくことができ、作
業性が極めて良好なものとなる効果を有する。
