``Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention'' This type of conventional construction method involves partially chipping off the existing concrete surface to the extent that there is no risk of collapse, and then pouring mortar into the chipped area. In addition, a method is generally adopted in which the adjacent parts are hacked out and the entire repair is carried out by successively repeating the same steps.

However, with this construction method, chiseling work and mortar casting work require a great deal of labor and time, and since chiseling work and mortar casting work are performed alternately, construction is complicated and increases construction time and costs. There were problems such as not having one.

"Means for Solving the Problems" In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention has the following features:
The side wall of the existing tunnel is partially cut out into recesses at predetermined intervals, and in these recesses, the fixing protrusions at the lower end of the PC board built along the existing concrete surface are supported and fixed, and the PC board is fixed at the top. By joining the PC board and filling the gap between the PC board and the existing concrete surface with a consolidating material in this state, the chiseling work and mortar casting work, which require a great deal of labor and time, can be greatly reduced, making it simple and easy to use. This project proposes a rational repair method that makes it possible to reduce construction costs and construction times through a continuous process.

``Example'' Below, an explanation will be given of an example of the present invention shown in the drawings. The illustrated example shows an example of construction of an arch part of an existing tunnel. The side wall portion 1b at the base end of the arch portion 1a is partially cut out at predetermined intervals along the tunnel direction, and a number of rectangular recesses 2 with flat bottoms are provided. In this case, since the arch portion 1a and the side wall portion 1b of the existing concrete 1 are continuous between the adjacent recesses 2, 2, it is possible to chip over a considerable distance without causing any risk of collapse.

Next, a waterproof sheet 3 is applied to the entire surface of the arch portion 1a.
Attach the recess 2 as shown in Figure 3 in this state.
A pair of left and right PC boards 4, 4' formed in a shape that follows the arch part 1a between the top of the tunnel and the top of the tunnel is carried into the tunnel, and a diagonal jack is installed on a lifting device 5 such as a forklift that can travel and rotate freely. Device 6
etc., and leave some distance K between it and the arch part 1.
It is built on the left and right sides of the arch part 1 so as to create the following.

Concave and convex joints 12 and 1 are provided on the front and rear joint end surfaces of the joint recess 7 and the joint protrusion 8, as well as on the bottom surface of the joint recess 7 and the tip surface of the joint projection 8, which form a pin connection.
2' are provided, and the joint ends 1 at the front and rear of the joint recess 7
3, 13 and the joint protrusion 8 are provided with through holes 14, 14' which communicate with each other in the front-rear direction when the joint recess 7 and the joint protrusion 8 are engaged with each other.

As shown in FIG. 5, a height adjustment bolt 16 screwed into a vertical embedded insert 15 is protruded from the lower surface of the fixing convex portions 9, 9, and when inserted into the concave portion 2, the height adjustment bolt 16 adjusts the height of the PC board 4, 4'. It is designed so that it can be supported on the bottom surface of the recess 2 by adjusting its position. In addition, the PC board 4 between the left and right fixing convex parts 9,
4' has a horizontal recessed insert 17 on the lower end surface.
A horizontal position adjustment bolt 18 screwed into the PC board 4 is protruded, and when the fixing protrusions 9, 9 are fitted into the recess 2, the positioning of the recess 2 in the depth direction is adjusted.
The support position of 4' can be adjusted.

6 and 17, while adjusting the position of the lower ends of the PC boards 4 and 4', engage the joint convex part 8 in the joint recess 7 at the joint part of the top end, and align the uneven joint on the mutually facing surfaces. 12 and 12' and in this state insert the PC steel rod 19 into the through holes 14 and 14' in series, it can be reliably positioned front to back, left and right, and up and down, and bent around the PC steel rod 19. This allows for safe jointing without falling off or shifting under loads in any direction.
