Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and surely clean a microorganism filter device by providing the microorganism filter device consisting of a filter tank and a microorganism culture member housed removably in this filter tank in a circulating route. CONSTITUTION:Water scum, etc., accumulate in the filter tank 15 and the microorganisms on the surface of carriers 16 consisting of sponge propagate on purifying of bath tub hot water and, therefore, the flow of the bath tub hot water in the filter tank 15 degrades. A flow rate sensor provided in the flow passage for the bath tub hot water, then, detects the decrease in the flow rate and lights an indicator lamp 14a on the outside surface of a water purifying device body 7 in accordance with the detection thereof. A cap body 18 of the filter tank 15 is removed and the contaminated microorganism culture member S is taken out of the inside of the filter tank 15 after the pump 9 of the cleaning device body 7 is stopped. The fresh microorganism culture member S is again housed into the filter tank 15 and the cap body 18 is screwed to this filter tank 15. The pump 9 is driven again.

In recent years, purification devices have made it possible to save bath water and thermal energy by filtering the hot water in the bathtub with a filter, reheating it to an appropriate temperature with a heater, and returning it back into the bathtub. or has been proposed. As a type of filter for this purification device, a large number of ceramic grains with microorganisms attached to the surface are housed in a filtration tank, and by passing the bath water through the filtration tank, the bath water is purified with microorganisms. There is something I did.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional cleaning method, when the ceramic grains are removed from the filtration tank and washed directly by hand, there is a problem that it is cumbersome to take out the ceramic grains from the filtration tank and wash them by hand one by one. In addition, backflow cleaning cannot sufficiently remove dirt from ceramic grains and is extremely ineffective, and requires special equipment to be installed in the purification equipment for backflow cleaning, which increases production costs. There are also problems.

As shown in FIG. 2, in the microorganism filter device 11, a microorganism culture member S is housed in a filtration tank 15, and the microorganism culture member S is a porous carrier 1 made of sponge or the like.
6 and a net-like cartridge 17 that accommodates the carrier 16. Microorganisms are attached to the carrier 16 for purifying the bath water by adsorbing and decomposing organic matter in the bathtub swirl, and the microorganisms multiply on the surface of the carrier 16 as the bath water is purified. Further, a lid 18 is screwed onto the upper opening of the filtration tank 15, and by removing the lid 18 as shown in FIG. 3, the microorganism culture member S can be taken out or stored in the filtration tank 15. It is now possible to do so. Further, an inlet 15a for bathtub water is provided at the upper end of the filtration tank 15, and the inlet 15a
The bathtub water flowing from the filter tank 15 passes through the gap between the carriers 16 and flows out from the outlet 15b provided at the lower end of the filter tank 15.

Now, in order to use this purification device, as shown in Fig. 1, the suction and exhaust nozzles 4 of the purification device are placed in a bathtub 1 filled with hot water in advance, and when the pump 9 of the purification device main body 7 is driven, the suction nozzle 4 is The bathtub water is sucked in from the bathtub, and the bathtub water is introduced into the purifier body 7 through the suction pipe 5 with hair etc. removed by the hair catcher 8. Then, the bath water is filtered by a physical filter device 10, smaller organic substances are removed by a microbial filter device 11, and sterilized by an ultraviolet sterilizer 12, resulting in a completely clean state.

Then, the clean bath water is heated to a desired temperature by the heater 13, passes through the discharge pipe 6, and is discharged into the bathtub 1 again from the discharge port 3 of the suction/discharge nozzle 4. By continuously performing the above-mentioned circulation, the hot water in the bathtub 1 is always kept clean and at an appropriate temperature, allowing the user to take a bath at any time during the day.

Further, as the bathtub water is purified, limescale etc. accumulate in the filtration tank 15 and microorganisms on the surface of the carrier 16 proliferate, so that the flow of the bathtub water in the filtration tank 15 becomes poor. Then, the flow rate sensor 14 provided in the flow path of the bathtub water detects a decrease in the flow rate, and based on this detection, the indicator lamp 14a on the outer surface of the purifier main body 7 lights up. In this state, after stopping the pump 9 of the purifier main body 7, the lid 18 of the filtration tank 15 is removed as shown in FIG. 3, and the dirty microorganism culture member S is taken out from the filtration tank 15. Then, after placing the new microorganism culture member S into the filtration tank 15 again, the lid 18 is screwed onto the filtration tank 15, and the pump 9 is driven again.

Therefore, the user can easily and reliably clean the microorganism filter device 11 by simply replacing the dirty microorganism culture member S based on the lighting of the indicator lamp 14a of the purifier main body 7. In addition, since the sponge used as the carrier 16 is inexpensive, there is no risk of high costs even if the dirty microbial culture member S taken out from the filtration tank 15 is discarded as is, and there is no need to wash the carrier 16 each time, so cleaning There is no need to provide a special device for cleaning the device.
