Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bath apparatus, and in particular, while purifying the hot water in the bathtub, for example, filtering and sterilizing, and keeping the bath temperature at the same time, keeping the bath water constantly clean and suitable temperature, it can be used anytime for 24 hours. The present invention relates to a so-called 24-hour bath apparatus that can take a bath at the time of bathing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, bath hot water purifiers, that is, 24-hour bath devices, have been actively used, which keeps the hot water in the bath constantly clean and at a suitable temperature, can be comfortably bathed 24 hours a day, and also saves water. .
[0003]
One example of such a bath water purifier is as shown in FIG. 5, where 1 is a bathtub, 2 is hot water, 3 is a hot water pipe for pumping up hot water 2 in the bathtub 1, and 4 is a hot water pipe. The apparatus main body in which the cleaning processing equipment for purifying the hot water pumped up in 3 is collectively arranged, and the fountain pipe for respouting the hot water cleaned by the apparatus main body 4 into the bathtub 1 It is.
[0004]
The apparatus body 4 includes a circulation pump 5 for forcibly circulating hot water, a heater 6 as a heating device for keeping hot water at an appropriate temperature, an ultraviolet sterilizer 7 containing an ultraviolet lamp for ultraviolet sterilizing the hot water, In order to remove dirt, cleaning processing equipment such as a filtration tank 8 filled with various granular filter media such as activated stone, activated carbon, ceramic balls or the like directly or in a bucket or net bag is provided.
[0005]
10 is a pre-filter for removing large dirt in advance before pumping up the apparatus main body 4, and 11 is an intake pipe 12 for ejecting the hot water after the cleaning process into the bathtub 1 as a jet flow having a high flow velocity, connected to the ejector section. It is a jet nozzle.
[0006]
An electromagnetic valve 13 is provided at the tip of the intake pipe 12, and when the electromagnetic valve 13 is opened, the air sucked from the intake pipe 12 is mixed with hot water from the jet nozzle 11 and jetted into the bathtub 1 to form a bubble bath.
[0007]
Reference numeral 14 denotes a hot water temperature sensor, the control device controls the operation of the heater 6 based on the hot water temperature detected by the hot water temperature sensor 14, and 15 is a bypass pipe connecting the hot water suction pipe 3 and the fountain pipe 9. The fountain pipe 9 is connected via a switching valve 16, and the switching of the switching valve 16 switches the hot water flow in the fountain pipe 9 from the apparatus body 4 between the direction of the jet nozzle 11 and the direction of the bypass pipe 15.
[0008]
When the apparatus is operated in a normal cleaning operation, the switching valve 16 is switched in the direction of the jet nozzle 11, and the hot water 2 in the bathtub 1 is greatly soiled by the prefilter of the hot water absorption unit 10 due to the operation of the circulation pump 5. Is sucked from the hot water suction pipe 3 while being removed in advance, is heated to an appropriate temperature by the heater 6, is sterilized by the ultraviolet light by the ultraviolet sterilizer 7, is filtered by the filtration tank 8, passes through the fountain pipe 9, and the jet nozzle 11 gushes again into the bathtub 1 as a jet flow.
[0009]
In this case, when the solenoid valve 13 is opened as described above, the jet flow mixed with the air sucked from the intake pipe 12 is jetted into the bathtub 1 from the jet nozzle of the hot water suction unit 11 and becomes a bubble bath.
[0010]
However, hot water is very dirty and the temperature suitable for bacterial growth is maintained for 24 hours, so that it may not be completely sterilized only by sterilization with ultraviolet rays.
[0011]
For this reason, even though it is a 24-hour bath, bathing is not continued for 24 hours. Therefore, the apparatus is set to operate in the heat sterilization mode in anticipation of the time when it is not in the bathing time zone in each home.
[0012]
Then, the switching valve 16 is switched from the direction of the jet nozzle 11 to the direction of the bypass pipe 15, and a recirculation bypass pipe line in which the fountain pipe 9 and the hot-water pipe 3 are directly connected via the Baipay pipe 15 is opened.
[0013]
When the recirculation bypass pipe is opened, the cleaned hot water circulated through the apparatus main body 4 and discharged to the fountain pipe 9 is returned to the apparatus main body 4 from the hot water pipe 3 without being jetted to the bathtub 1. When the heating by the heater 6 is repeated by recirculation in this manner, the hot water temperature rises to 70 ° C. and is heat sterilized.
[0014]
Using the recirculation bypass pipe in this way is extremely advantageous because it can be easily heat sterilized without providing a special heat sterilizer and increasing the size of the device or increasing the electric capacity.
[0015]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in an apparatus for heat sterilization using a bypass pipe for recirculation, cleaning processing equipment such as the apparatus main body 4 or the ultraviolet sterilization apparatus 7 provided in the apparatus main body 4 and the lid of the filtration tank 8 during the heat sterilization operation. There was a problem that had to be solved such that hot water spouted from the openable / closable lid, and there was a risk that the user could be burned.
[0016]
That is, the lid of the cleaning apparatus such as the apparatus main body 4 or the ultraviolet sterilization apparatus 7 and the filtration tank 8 provided in the apparatus main body 4 can be easily opened so that the user can easily maintain the lid. It can be opened and closed freely.
[0017]
For this reason, there is a danger that the user first opens the openable / closable lid for maintenance, etc., and starts the heat sterilization operation in a state where it is not properly closed, and the hot water blown out from the lid that is not properly closed There is a risk of burns to users approaching
[0018]
The operation of heat sterilization varies depending on the temperature of the bathroom, the bathing set temperature, the size of the apparatus, etc., but it takes 30 to 60 minutes for hot water to be heated to about 70 ° C., which is a considerably long time operation.
[0019]
Of course, this is displayed on the device during the heat sterilization operation, but without knowing or forgetting that it is in the heat sterilization operation, open the openable lid accidentally, and use with hot water blown out from the lid There is a risk of burns.
[0020]
The present invention solves the problems of the prior art as described above, can be heat sterilized using a bypass pipe for recirculation, and the user performs the heat sterilization operation with the openable lid of the apparatus opened. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bathtub hot water purifier equipped with a safety device that prevents accidental opening of an openable / closable lid during a heat sterilization operation and prevents burns from the hot water that is blown out.
[0021]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, hot water in a bathtub is pumped up from a hot water pipe by a circulation pump, and after being cleaned in an apparatus body provided with a filtration device, an ultraviolet sterilizer, a heating device, etc. in the pipe, Switching to normal cleaning operation in which hot water in the bathtub is sucked into the main body of the apparatus by the operation of the circulation pump and purified by the operation of the circulation pump and heated to an appropriate temperature by the heater. It is switched by a valve, and the open / close recirculation bypass pipe that directly connects the fountain pipe and the hot-water pipe returns to the hot-water pipe without circulating the hot water from the fountain pipe into the bathtub and circulates in the apparatus body again. In the bathtub hot water cleaning device set to operate in a heat sterilization mode in which heat is repeatedly sterilized and heat sterilized to a hot water temperature, equipment such as the circulation pump, filtration device, sterilization device, heating device, etc. The upper end of the device body A top cover that can be freely opened and closed to cover the mouth, and a lid open / close detecting means for detecting the open / closed state of the top cover, and the lid of the lid open / close detecting means is opened for operation in the thermal sterilization mode. It was possible to solve the problem by using a bath water purifier that outputs a signal for stopping the operation in the heat sterilization mode based on the detection result.
Furthermore, the present invention draws up hot water in the bathtub from the hot water suction pipe by a circulation pump, cleans it with an apparatus main body provided with a filtration device, an ultraviolet sterilizer, a heating device, etc. in the pipe, and then from the fountain pipe to the inside of the bathtub. A normal cleaning operation in which the hot water in the bathtub is sucked into the apparatus main body from the hot water suction pipe by the operation of the circulation pump and purified by the operation of the circulation pump, and heated to an appropriate temperature by the heater; It is switched by a switching valve, and the open / close recirculation bypass pipe that directly connects the fountain pipe and the hot water pipe is returned to the hot water pipe without blowing the hot water from the fountain pipe into the bathtub. In the bathtub hot water cleaning device that is set to operate in the mode of thermal sterilization that circulates and repeats heating and heat sterilizes to hot water sterilization mode, the ultraviolet sterilization device provided in the pipe line, Protection with UV lamp And a circuit case containing an inverter board for applying a high-frequency high voltage to the ultraviolet lamp is provided in the opening at the upper end of the protective tube, a UV cap is provided to cover the circuit case, and the open / closed state of the UV cap is set. A lid opening / closing detection means for detecting is provided, and a signal for stopping the operation in the thermal sterilization mode is output based on a detection result that the lid of the lid opening / closing detection means is open with respect to the operation in the thermal sterilization mode. The problem could be solved by using a bath water cleaning device characterized by the above.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
