内挿したピストンを動かすとともに該ピストンと
シリンダチユーブに外挿した従動体を互いのマグ
ネツトにより連繋し、従動体に所望の動きを与え

流体を送給して前記ピストンを移動させ磁力によ
り前記ピストンに従動体を従動させるものが知ら
れている。当該装置はたとえば屋内の天井下面に
設置され、従動体に搬送物を懸吊してこれを移送
するのに用いられる。

するとともに従動体に取付部材を通過するための
すり割りを設ける構成とした。

て一体的に連結してなり、とくに円環部2aは実
寸で0.1〜0.2mm程度の薄肉状に成形されている。
シリンダチユーブ1はたとえばその曲線部分に該
取付部材2を多く用いる等して強固に固定支持さ
れる。シリンダチユーブ1には内側マグネツト4
を備えたピストン3が内挿されている。ピストン
3の両端板5,5の外周にはOリング6,6等の
シール部材が嵌着され、該ピストン3を移動させ
る圧力流体の洩れを防いでいる。このピストン3
の外周においてシリンダチユーブ1には従動体7
が外挿されている。両端板8,8の間に外側マグ
ネツト9を並べたこの従動体7は全体に円筒形に
なり、かつ前記取付部材2の連結板部2cを通過
するのに十分なすり割り10を備えている。ピス
トン3に備えられた内側のマグネツト4とこの外
側のマグネツト9は互いに引付け合い、ピストン
