本発明は、養鶏場敷料の廃棄物を原料として、
鶏ふん肥料入土壌改良材を製造する方法に関する
ものである。養鶏場では、鶏から排出される大量

化が半月から1ケ月程度なのに対し、最低でも3
〜6ケ月要する。従つて敷料廃棄物は堆肥化する
等の有効利用が中々できず、焼却炉で燃やして処

料廃棄物1のオガ粉が燃料と炭化される原料とを
兼ね、流動用ブロア7によつて送り込まれる空気
により、浮遊流動化しながら炭化が進行する。流
動層炭化炉4は、炭化が目的であるから、流動層
温度が400℃位に抑えるように、空気量、敷料廃
棄物1の供給量を制御する。一方、敷料廃棄物1
中の鶏ふんは流動層内の高温で、水分・揮発分は
放出され、肥料成分が濃縮される、又、一部、排
煙中に浮遊した鶏ふん粒子はサイクロン12で捕
獲され、炭化粉排出口11から排出されたオガ粉
炭化粉に混ぜられる。サイクロン12を通過した
排煙は、オイルバーナー等による脱臭炉13に導
き、悪臭となる成分を熱分解し大気中に放出す

土壌改良効果ばかりでは無く、肥効があり作物の
育成状、極めて有利な相乗効果がある。さらに施
