[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention uses poultry farm bedding waste as raw material.
The present invention relates to a method for producing a soil improvement material containing chicken feces fertilizer. At poultry farms, sawdust (wood flour) is used as bedding on the floor of the poultry house to make it easier to dispose of the large amounts of excrement excreted by the chickens. Once the sawdust absorbs urine and becomes contaminated with feces, the entire bedding material must be replaced.

Therefore, a large amount of bedding waste is generated, and the current situation is that it is difficult to dispose of it. Traditionally, chicken manure is an excellent fertilizer component, and has been widely used in agriculture as chicken manure fertilizer by drying and pulverizing it, or by fermenting it and making it into compost. Chicken manure containing sawdust can also be composted by fermenting it, but it takes at least 3 months to compost chicken manure, whereas composting only chicken manure takes about half a month to a month.
It will take ~6 months. Therefore, bedding waste cannot be effectively used, such as by composting, and is currently disposed of by burning it in an incinerator.

The present invention uses this bedding waste as a raw material to carbonize it, converting the sawdust into charcoal powder, which has been used as a soil improvement material in recent years, and at the same time drying and concentrating chicken manure to use it as fertilizer, improving soil with chicken manure fertilizer. It provides a manufacturing method for making wood.

Bedding waste 1 discharged from a poultry house is put into a raw material pit 2 after its moisture content is reduced to some extent by drying in the sun or the like. Since chicken manure is in the form of aggregates, the bedding waste 1 is passed through a pulverizer 3 to make it finer so that it is suitable for the fluidized bed carbonization furnace 4.

The bedding waste thus pretreated 1) is fed into the fluidized bed carbonization furnace 4 using the screw feeder 5 and carbonized. The configuration of the fluidized bed carbonization furnace 4 includes a screw feeder 5 that supplies bedding waste 1 into the furnace, a startup burner 6 for igniting it, a fluidization blower 7 for fluidizing it, a perforation plate 8, and other components. It consists of a main body 9, a smoke exhaust port 10, and a carbonized powder discharge port 11. The bedding waste 1 put into the fluidized bed carbonization furnace 4 is ignited by the starting burner 6, but after that, the sawdust of the bedding waste 1 serves both as fuel and the raw material to be carbonized, and is ignited by the fluidizing blower. Carbonization progresses while floating and fluidizing due to the air sent in by 7. Since the purpose of the fluidized bed carbonization furnace 4 is carbonization, the amount of air and the amount of bedding waste 1 supplied are controlled so that the temperature of the fluidized bed is suppressed to about 400°C. On the other hand, bedding waste 1
The chicken manure inside is exposed to high temperatures in a fluidized bed, where moisture and volatile matter are released and fertilizer components are concentrated.Additionally, some of the chicken manure particles floating in the flue gas are captured by cyclone 12 and sent to the carbonized powder outlet. It is mixed with the sawdust carbonized powder discharged from 11. The exhaust gas that has passed through the cyclone 12 is guided to a deodorizing furnace 13 using an oil burner or the like, where components that cause bad odor are thermally decomposed and released into the atmosphere.

The first feature of the production of the present invention is that the carbonization furnace is not a rotary kiln or an open hearth, but a fluidized bed carbonization method. Rotary kilns have the drawbacks of high equipment costs and the need to separately prepare fuel for carbonization. Open hearths do not require separate fuel, but for work reasons, the top must be open, so the stench of bedding waste 1 containing chicken manure permeates the workplace, and as carbonization progresses, bedding waste The work of sequentially laying the pieces 1 in the furnace must be carried out under such a bad environment. Furthermore, open hearth operation is completely batch processing and is not suitable for continuous large-scale processing. Since this production method relies on the fluidized bed carbonization furnace 4, it is suitable for continuous operation and can be easily automated.

The second feature is that the bedding waste 1 is not separated into chicken manure and sawdust, so it is easy to dispose of, and as the sawdust carbonizes, the fertilizing components of the chicken manure remain in a concentrated form. do. In addition, the finely granulated chicken manure floating in the flue gas is also recovered, so the product 14 obtained by this method is not just carbonized sawdust as a soil improvement material, but also contains dried chicken manure and fertilizer ingredients. becomes a three-part mixture of concentrated chicken manure, and when this is used as an agricultural material,
It not only has a soil improvement effect, but also has a fertilizing effect and has an extremely advantageous synergistic effect on crop growth. Furthermore, there is the advantage that fertilization work can be labor-saving.

The third feature is that, as mentioned above, dry chicken manure and concentrated chicken manure are produced together, so the fertilizer effect is both fast-acting and slow-acting, and a long-term fertilizer effect can be expected as a whole.

As mentioned above, this manufacturing method is an extremely significant invention from the perspective of resource recycling, as it turns bedding waste, which was thought to be filth that is difficult to dispose of, into a very useful agricultural material, a soil improvement material containing chicken manure fertilizer. I can say it.
