バリスタ特性を現出するようにしたバリスタにお
いて、その相対する面に対向電極が付与され、対
向電極の一方の端部が他の相対する面まで伸び、
他の対向電極と同一面上で一定の距離を隔てて向
かい合うようにしたものであつて、同一面上の対
向電極間距離を、その間で発生するバリスタ電圧
が焼成体の厚み方向で発生するバリスタ電圧より
も大きくなるようにし、かつ、焼成体の厚みより
も小さくしてなることを特徴とするバリスタ。 (2) 前記対向電極がオーム性電極であることを

み方向で発生するバリスタ電圧に電極と焼成体と
