Abstract

というものであったので熟練を要し手間もかかり、また
不正確でもあった。このためその改善が以前から望まれ
ていた。

その遊技盤用釘修正装置の概略は遊技盤面上を縦横(X

および筒状の釘ホルダを設けてなるもので該ビデオカメ
ラにより釘のずれ量とずれ方向を測定し、修正の必要が
ある場合にマニプレータのXY方向移動により釘ホルダ
をその釘の正面に持って来て該釘ホルダを下1II−(
Z方向移動)させてその釘の頭を該釘ホルダ内に嵌合さ
せた後、該釘ホルダを所要修正方向に所要量移動させて
該釘ホルダを折曲修正するものであった。

移動時にその釘に衝突することがあるので、隣の釘まで
無用に折曲げてしまうおそれがあった。

を横にずらして再度ビデオカメラを正面に移動させなけ
ればならなかったので一本の釘を修正するのにマニプレ
ータで両者を頻繁に移動させる必要があり調整に時間を
要するという問題点があった。

ーボモータにより該リニヤガイド203に沿って動くよ
うにヘッド204を設けてなり、該ヘッド204には取
付片を介してCCDビデオカメラ205をその対物レン
ズ206が下向となるように取付けている。207は該
対物レンズ206の周囲に同心状に取付けられたリング
ライトである。

面上の釘502の頭503を叩打できるようになってい
る。

ータとを比較しずれ量とずれ方向を記憶すると共に、ス
テップ3にてそのずれ量およびずれ方向が許容範囲内に
あるかどうかを判定する。許容範囲外であるときステッ
プ4にて前記サーボモータ210を作動させ回転部材2
0Bを回転させることによってハンマー機構212をそ
のずれ方向に回転動させ停止させる。そしてステップ5
にてアクチュエータ213を作動させハンマー214に
よりその不良釘の頭を叩打しそのインパクトによりその
不良釘の曲がりを修正する。そしてステップ2に戻り再
度ビデオカメラ205によりその釘位置を測定し位置デ
ータと比較しずれ量およびずれ方向を検知し、ステップ
3の許容範囲判定をし、未だ充分な修正がなされていな
い場合に再びステップ4,5にて修正を行なわしめる。

に他の釘が直立していても従来の筒状の釘ホルダのよう
に邪魔になることなく目的とする釘のみに確実に衝撃を
与えて修正することができる。そしてハンマー機構をビ
デオカメラを中心とする円周上の所要回転位置に移動し
停止できるようにしたので、ビデオカメラにて釘のずれ
を検知し該ハンマー機構をそのずれ方向に回転させ停止
させれば、ハンマー機構を作動させることで短時間で簡
単にそのずれを修正することができる効果がある。
