It has good alkali resistance, oil resistance, etc., as well as excellent waterproof, antiseptic, and corrosion resistance properties. Moreover, the electrical insulation property is also good. Furthermore, it has excellent features such as vibration-proofing and sound-insulating effects. However, tar-based bituminous materials have a characteristic tar odor and may contain carcinogenic substances, so the use of tar-based bituminous materials has been restricted. Further, there are drawbacks such as staining caused by seepage of tar oil.

が要望されている。 However, by mixing bitumen with excellent compatibility or affinity with vinyl chloride resin, not only can the price of the product be lowered, but also the thermoplastic properties are increased and the vibration-proofing, sound-proofing, and sound-insulating effects are significantly improved. In addition, it has the advantage of improving the adhesion and construction of waterproof sheets, etc., and has good compatibility and affinity with vinyl chloride resin instead of tar-based bitumen, and is free of stains and odors. The appearance of blue is desired, and furthermore, there is a demand for the development of bitumen-containing vinyl chloride resin products (for example, sheets, boards, etc.) using such bitumen.

It has a high softening point (ring and ball method) of 130-250°C, and a high fixed carbon content of 40-80% by weight. It is also more aromatic than asphalt, and has an aromaticity similar to that of coal tar pitch. Shows good compatibility with coal tar, creosote, anthracene oil, etc.
In addition, it is compatible with asphalt and has good compatibility with process oils rich in aromatic and naphthenic hydrocarbons. It also has good affinity with plasticity. Furthermore, it is chemically stable, has excellent water resistance and chemical resistance, is stable against microorganisms, and is odorless. It is usually supplied in the form of lumps or powder, but it can also be pulverized into fine particles using a grinder, mill, etc. Petroleum pitch has good miscibility and affinity with vinyl chloride resin.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a coating layer, which is integrally bonded to one or both of the upper and lower surfaces of the plate body 1. The coating layer 2 can be bonded to the surface of the plate body 1 by supplying the coating layer 2 during the process of forming the plate body 1 from bitumen-containing vinyl chloride resin, or by integrally forming the coating layer 2. Alternatively, the plate main body 1 may be formed in advance from a bitumen-containing vinyl chloride resin, and then bonded to the surface thereof by an appropriate bonding means such as using an adhesive. Reference numeral 3 denotes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which is provided as necessary on the surface of the plate main body 1 on which the coating layer 2 is not provided, and a known pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used as appropriate. This is for attaching the bituminous vinyl chloride resin board of the present invention to a location. Reference numeral 4 denotes a release paper, which covers and protects the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 and prevents it from sticking during handling; the release paper 4 is peeled off before use. Reference numeral 5 indicates irregularities, which are provided as necessary on the coating layer 2 provided on the surface of the plate body 1, and can decorate the surface.

The target column shape is stable. Furthermore, due to the presence of oil pitch, there is no oozing of oil or the like, so there is no contamination or stickiness. Moreover, a product without unpleasant odor can be obtained. Furthermore, since it contains bitumen, it has good vibration-proofing, sound-proofing, and sound-insulating properties, as well as excellent waterproofing, moisture-proofing, antiseptic, and corrosion-proofing properties. Furthermore, since it is mainly made of vinyl chloride, it has self-extinguishing properties and can be used for fire prevention purposes, and also has the practical benefit of being expected to have an insect repellent effect.

The surface of the bitumen-containing vinyl chloride resin board can be protected and the decorative effect can be enhanced. In addition, by providing a coating layer, it has excellent strength and dimensional stability, is stable against temperature changes, has good formability in press processing, and is easy to work with and handle, such as by making deep drawing possible. It has good practical benefits.
