それぞれに対して取付けられた1対の同心かつ水
平なランプハウジング支承軸と、(ホ)ランプハウジ
ングの左右両方にそれぞれ固定されて上記の支承
軸と嵌合する軸受部材と、(ヘ)車体と前記保持板と
の間に介装接続されたネジ送り式の光軸左右調節
手段と、(ト)ランプハウジングと保持板との間に介
装接続されたネジ送り式の光軸上下調節手段と、
(チ)保持板の垂直軸回りの回動に摩擦抵抗を与える
手段とを設けた構成が考えられる。この構成は本

て上記の支承軸と嵌合する軸受部材と、(ヘ)車体と
前記保持板との間に介装接続されたネジ送り式の
光軸左右調節手段と、(ト)ランプハウジングと保持
板との間に介装接続されたネジ送り式の光軸上下
調節手段と、(チ)保持板の垂直軸回りの回動に摩擦
抵抗を与える手段とを設けたヘツドランプの支承
構造に適用され、前記の垂直な支承軸及び水平な
支承軸の少なくとも一方に次期のような軸受機構

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水平方向に偏平なランプハウジングの前面開口
を覆つてレンズを取り付けると共に、該偏平なラ
ンプハウジング内に凹面のリフレクタを設け、か
つ、上記リフレクタの焦点近傍に光源バルブを設
置してなるヘツドランプを車体に対して支承する
構造において、(イ)車体に固定される垂直な支承軸
と、(ロ)上記垂直軸によつて回動自在に支承される
ヘツドランプ保持板と、(ハ)上記保持板の両端をそ
れぞれ垂直に折り上げた平行2面部と、(ニ)上記平
行2面部のそれぞれに対して取付けられた1対の
同心かつ水平なランプハウジング支承軸と、(ホ)ラ
ンプハウジングの左右両方にそれぞれ固定されて
上記の支承軸と嵌合する軸受部材と、(ヘ)車体と前
記保持板との間に介装接続されたネジ送り式の光
軸左右調節手段と、(ト)ランプハウジングと保持板
との間に介装接続されたネジ送り式の光軸上下調
節手段と、(チ)保持板の垂直軸回りの回動に摩擦抵
抗を与える手段とを設けたヘツドランプの支承構
造であつて、前記の垂直な支承軸及び水平な支承
軸の少なくとも一方は次記のような軸受機構を有
していることを特徴とするヘツドランプの支承構
造。 (a) 支承軸を介して相対的に回動する支承部材及
び被支承部材は、組立状態において同心をなす
如くそれぞれ軸受孔を有し、 (b) 支承軸は上記双方の軸受孔に貫通しており、 (c) 支承部材と被支承部材との間にクリアランス
