止させ、センサ素子の基端に連なるリード線を包
覆するアイソレーシヨンブツシユを有蓋円筒状の
キヤツプにより覆つて、キヤツプの開口部側内周
に形成したねじをホルダの外周のねじに螺合して
固定する一方、このホルダの外周の別のねじを排
気管壁のねじ孔に直接螺合して取付けるようにし
