[Detailed Description of the Invention] r Industrial Application Field The present invention is a simple elevator for lower floors (3rd floor or below), which is used to sort loaded items from a fixed position on the upper floor to the required direction on the lower floor. In particular, it concerns the effective use of floor space when installing in limited space. ``Conventional technology'' Conventional lifters and industrial elevators, whether pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric, raise and lower the load with the load placed on a flat slope, which constantly poses safety problems for those around them. In addition, in the latter case, the entrance and exit are usually in the same direction, but the loading platform is a flat slope, and the opening of the corresponding turret is often provided on the opposite side of the entrance, leaving the same safety problem as with the lifter. There is. Furthermore, since the cross-section of the tower for raising and lowering the loading platform is square, it is difficult to add a sorting function to the ``problems to be solved by the invention. Although it is a simple elevator, there is no gondola with an outer wall. Because it is a square turret, the floor area of the installation location cannot be minimized, and a square turret requires more man-hours to manufacture than a circular cross section, which is more stable in terms of strength.

C. It is difficult to select the exit direction relative to the entrance. two. It is difficult to install it in a general household and use it for evacuation in an emergency. In the event of an emergency in a home, such as a fire, it would be unreasonable to have an exit on the side of the house rather than an entrance for evacuation of not only goods but also sick people in wheelchairs from the outdoor entrance on the upper floor. There are many problems such as ``Means for Solving Problems'' The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and is safe and inexpensive. The purpose is to provide a simple elevator for lower floors that can effectively utilize the sorting function based on installation location. Therefore, the present invention is constructed as follows. Both ends of a single piece of wire are connected to the gondola at the center of the ceiling and floor of the gondola, which moves up and down inside the outer cylinder, which has one opening on the upper floor of the cylindrical surface and multiple openings on the lower floor. The gondola is held rotatably by winding and unwinding the wire, and the opening at one place of the gondola is moved to the upper floor. The position where the opening of the outer cylinder is relatively aligned with the upper floor opening is set as the stop position, and at this position, the gondola is inserted into the gondola. By operating the installed handle to select one of the multiple openings on the lower floor, the gondola will arrive at the selected opening while descending. The shaft of the handle provided inside the gondola, which stops at a position where the opening is aligned with the upper opening of the outer cylinder, passes through the outer cylinder wall of the gondola and is fixed to the tip of the shaft. The guide roller, which is rotatably supported at the tip of the lever, is positioned by positioning pins in each of the exit directions (four directions in this figure) and by rotating the handle. By this operation, the guide roller fits into the guide groove provided on the inner wall of the outer cylinder. By pressing the lift switch (not shown), one end of the wire that rotatably holds the gondola on the ceiling and floor moves downward, and the gondola begins to descend. At this time, the guide roller slowly rotates and descends the gondola along the guide groove to guide the opening to the exit of the selected lower floor. Even if the gondola stops due to a power outage or other reason during its descent, the gondola will not fall because winding and unwinding of the wire is driven by a brake motor using a worm screw to drive the worm wheel via the drum. At the same time, by manually releasing the brake of the brake motor and rotating the brake motor shaft, that is, the worm, using the provided manual handle,
Safety measures have been taken to ensure that the gondola can descend and reach its fixed location on the lower floor. Embodiment'' An embodiment of the wooden invention will be described below based on the attached drawings. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the outer cylinder of the present invention, and there is an opening (3) on the upper floor of the outer cylinder (1). It is covered by the top M(2).
On the lower floor, that is, above ground, the exit opening (5) is in the direction of arrow (8), and the opening (6) is in the direction of arrow (9), on the opposite side of these two openings. arrow (10) (
11) There are corresponding openings, and this figure shows an example of openings in four directions. The cover (7) is the brake motor for wire winding (
29) etc. Also, what is indicated by the midpoint in the figure shows the guide grooves (41), (42), (43), and (44), and as shown in the developed view of the outer cylinder (1) shown in Fig. 6, the guide roller ( (41) is the exit directly below the inlet (5), (42) is the exit corresponding to the arrow (11) in Figure 1, and (43) is also the guide groove (dashed line) for the selected position of Figure 1. ), and (44) is for guiding to the exit corresponding to the arrow (10), and the guide groove is the fifth one.
It has a U-shape as shown in Figures (41), (42), (43), and (44). To operate the guide roller (34), a shaft (38) equipped with a handle (39) passing through the gondola outer wall (12) is fixed at the tip via a coil spring (35) between it and the gondola outer wall (f2). It has a lever (38') with a pivot f! A guide roller (34) rotatably supported by the lever (38') is placed at a distance of the trajectory circle (33) shown in FIG.
) is provided. This locus circle (33) is the rotation center of the guide roller (38'), and is set to pass through the tip entrance of each of the guide grooves. The tip handle (39) is pulled into the coil spring (35) in the direction of the arrow (40), that is, in the direction of the circle center of the gondola (12), and the guide roller (34) is further adjusted to adjust the handle (39). By pivoting the positioning bin (36) with a spring (37) and releasing the retraction of the handle (39) at the desired selection position, the guide groove (4) is moved to the desired guide roller (34).
1) Fit it into each groove of (42), (43), and (44). Figure 2 shows a gondola (12) with the outer cylinder (1) indicated by a chain line, and the opening (l3) is located at a position that relatively matches the opening (3) of the outer cylinder (1). This is the stopping position on the upper floor. As shown in FIG. 4, there is a housing (1
6) is attached to the housing (16), and the outer ring of the bearing (l7) is fitted into the housing (16), which is fixed with a cap (l8). On the other hand, the inner ring of the bearing (17) is provided with a trowel shaft cylinder (20).
is fitted, and one end of each wire (21) is fixedly held in this. The headed shaft cylinder (20) is fixed to the inner ring of the bearing (17) with a nut (19). Therefore, the wire (l2) and the housing (l6) are mutually rotatable. Now, the wire (21) rotatably held by the gondola (12) is connected to the outer cylinder (12) via pulleys (2 2) (2 5) rotatably supported by the outer cylinder (1).
Winding drum (2 3) rotatably supported by 1)
After multiple threads are wrapped around (2 4), they are mutually stretched. This relationship is explained using Figure 3. Winding drum (
23) The winding drum (24) installed on the lower floor of (24)
) is rotatably supported on the shaft (26), and has a worm hokeel (27).
is connected to the brake motor (29) via the worm (28).
). One end of the motor shaft of the brake motor (29) has a four-chamfered part (30) on the right side, which is connected to a brake release lever (31) to enable manual drive using a handle (32) in the event of an emergency such as a power outage. I have to. The wire cover (24) in Fig. 3 is a protective cover for the wire (21) that is stretched along the outer wall surface of the outer cylinder (1) from the upper floor to the bottom of the lower floor. Further, (21') in the figure is a tongue buckle for tensioning the wire (21), but it is not shown in Fig. Of course, it can be used as a simple elevator with a sorting function that allows you to freely select the exit on the lower floor, depending on the limited floor space, shape, and surrounding environment, to load cargo from the limited entrance on the upper floor. However, when installed outdoors, for example, it can be used for emergency evacuation and can respond to emergencies, and it is highly expected that it will be used effectively not only for small-scale industrial use but also when installed in general households. Even if, for example, the exit from the elevator is limited to one place due to restrictions in the public regulations related to both the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, when the upper floor opening is facing the house when installed outdoors, the lower floor exit opening Even if the number of openings on both the upper and lower floors is limited to one, such as wanting an exit on the opposite side of the house, there is inevitably a need to change direction from the opening on the upper floor.
