Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the bending of terminals by a method wherein an inner lid consisting of a top panel and the inserting plates rising from the edges thereof is provided with its top panel laid on a strip-like article and the inner lid encloses the strip-like articles in a strip-like form, so that the inserting plates are received between the longitudinal ends of the strip-like articles and side plates. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of stacked strip-like articles 1 is received in a packing case 4 and, when the strip-like articles 1 are received to a predetermined number, the stacked articles 1 are covered with an inner lid 8. At this time, inserting plates 8b and 8c are inserted into the case in such manner as to fill gaps between the articles 1 and the side plates of the case and the inner lid 8 is placed on the article 1 in such manner that a bottom plate 8a makes parallel contact therewith. A cushioning material 7 is thereafter placed on the bottom plate 8a and an opening part 5 is closed with an outer lid 6. To take the articles 1 out from the packing case, first the outer lid 6 is removed and then the cushioning material 7 is taken out, the inner lid 8 is picked up and removed with the fingers put in holes 9 and the articles 1 are take out from the box by the worker. This packing method prevents the disarrangement of the articles 1 in the packing case and hence the bending of the terminals of an electronic part.

立上った格好になった帯状体1が押されて端子部2bが
曲がるとういう不良が起こるという問題点があった。

当接するようにした事により、梱包箱が振動しても緩衝
材7を入れた側の帯状体1は帯状体1の長手方向の端面
と側板4a及び側板4bのそれぞれの隙間に落ち込む事
はなく、シかも底板8aで帯状体1が傾かないようにし
ているので、帯状体1が不安定な状態にならず、端子部
2bが曲がる等の不良は発生しない。

切欠部1ld,lieを設ける事により、側板4a,4
bと挿入板1lb,lieの摩擦力が小さくなり中M1
1を容易に挿入したり抜き出したりする事ができる。

ないようにしているので、帯状体が不安定な状態になら
ず、電子部品の端子部が曲がる等の不良は発生しない。
