(イ)産業上の利用分野
本発明は病院や薬局等において、患者毎に異る娼方箋に
基づき一種類または数種類の薬剤を選択して自動的に包
装する薬剤包装機の薬包取出装置に関する.
(ロ〉従来の技術
現在、病院や薬局等で処方される錠剤の種類は数千種に
も及ぶが、実際に使用される錠剤は800種位に限定さ
れる.そこで従来は一台について約250種類の錠剤を
収納でき、しかも、パソコン等の制御器にて所望とする
処方データを入力するだけで自動的に処方どおりの錠剤
を包装できる錠剤包装機が一台或いは複数台使用されて
いる.このような錠剤包装機の構造は、例えば実公昭5
8−46962号公報に開示されているように、上部に
複数の直方体状のタブレットケースを収納した薬剤収納
部を、下部にロート状のホッパやシケッターを介して包
装機部を収納したケーシングを備え、薬剤収納部には錠
剤の種類に応じて直方体状のタブレットケースが上下方
向に数段積載されており、このタブレットケースは制御
器に所定の摘出信号を入力することにより駆動して錠剤
を摘出し、落下通路を介してホッパへ導入した後、シャ
ッターを介して一包分を包装機部へ排出するよう構成さ
れている.また、包装機部は、熱溶着が可能で予め二つ
折りにされた包装紙を巻回したローラ、テンションロー
ラ、包装紙を縦にヒートシールして連続した小袋を形成
する縦ヒートシール機構、更に錠剤が投入された小袋の
上部開口を密封する横ヒートシール機構、及び送りロー
ラとから構成されている.そして、送りローラは間欠的
に駆動して包装紙を搬送し、搬送停止時に縦ヒートシー
ル機構による小袋形成、シャツタの開放による錠剤投入
、横ヒートシール機構による小袋の密封動作が成される
.
また、包装機構にて密封された包装シートは、該シート
の上端を挾持する2本の細いベルトによって排出口まで
搬送させたり、或いは排出口近傍に設けたローラに包装
シートの先端を挾持させて該シートを移送させるといっ
た薬包取出装置によって錠剤包装機の排出口まで搬送さ
れていた.(ハ〉発明が解決しようとする課題
しかしながら上記した薬包取出装置において、前者の構
成では、2本の細いベルトにより包装シートの上端だけ
を挾持するものであるため挾む力が弱く、多量の錠剤を
包装シートに収納した場合等は搬送不良を生じ易いとい
う問題があり、また、後者の構成では包装機部の処方が
終っても該包装機部とローラとの間に長い空包シートが
できてしまい無駄が多いばかりでなく、次回の取出しを
考慮すると包装機部とローラの間、すなわち、錠剤包装
機内に包装シートのカット機構を装備できないという問
題があった.更に、これら従来のものは、包装シートを
錠剤包装機の比較的高い位置まで移送させることができ
ず、作業性や衛生上好ましい形態とは言えなかった.
本発明は斯る点に鑑みなされたもので、包装済の包装シ
ートを薬剤包装機の比較的高い位置まで搬送することが
でき、しかも、多量の薬剤を収納しても包装シートの搬
送を確実に行うことができ、また、カット機構を装着で
きる薬剤包装機の薬包取出装置を提供することを目的と

(ホ)作用
本発明の薬剤包装機の薬包取出装置は上記の構成により

から薬包排出口までの全域に亘って配設することができ
、包装機構部の直後で包装済のシートをカットしても次
の包装作業に影響したりするようなことはなく包装機構
部の直後にカット機構を装備して空包の生成による包装
シートの無駄をなくすことができる.

向に送出されてくる処方済の包装シ一ト41を上下乎ベ
