Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a form which is preferable for the work efficiency or hygienically by a method wherein a medicine wrap belt, which is pinched between flat belts at the lower end of a frame body, is transferred to a discharge port for a medicine packaging machine. CONSTITUTION:A medicine wrap take-out device 48 takes in a prepared packaging sheet 41, which is sent out in the horizontal direction from a packaging machine unit 3, from a sheet insertion port between top and bottom flat belts and carries it from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction, and delivers it to a medicine wrap discharge port 47 which is provided to confront with the upper side end of a frame body. At this time, the top and bottom flat belts are free to stretch or contract by top and bottom tension devices 66, 69. Therefore, even when a large quantity of tablets are stored in the packaging sheet 41, the top and bottom flat belts can be adjusted to their appropriate pinching force, and in addition, since the top and bottom flat belts have a width dimension which is equivalent to the packaging sheet 41, a great pinching force can be obtained. By this method, the packaging sheet 41 can be carried securely without damaging tablets.

Detailed Description of the Invention (a) Industrial Application Field The present invention is used in hospitals, pharmacies, etc. to select and automatically package one or several types of drugs based on prescriptions that differ for each patient. This article relates to a medicine package extraction device of a packaging machine. (B) Conventional technology Currently, there are thousands of types of tablets prescribed in hospitals and pharmacies, but the number of tablets actually used is limited to about 800. One or more tablet packaging machines are used that can accommodate 250 types of tablets and can automatically package tablets according to the prescription simply by inputting the desired prescription data into a controller such as a computer. .The structure of such a tablet packaging machine is, for example,
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 8-46962, the casing is equipped with a medicine storage part in which a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped tablet cases are stored in the upper part and a packaging machine part in the lower part through a funnel-shaped hopper and a squeegee. In the drug storage section, rectangular parallelepiped tablet cases are stacked vertically in several stages according to the type of tablet, and the tablet cases are driven by inputting a predetermined extraction signal to the controller to extract the tablets. The package is introduced into the hopper via a falling passage and then discharged into the packaging machine section via a shutter. In addition, the packaging machine section includes a roller that can be thermally welded and that wraps wrapping paper that has been folded in half in advance, a tension roller, a vertical heat sealing mechanism that vertically heat seals the wrapping paper to form continuous pouches, and It consists of a horizontal heat-sealing mechanism that seals the upper opening of the pouch into which tablets are placed, and a feed roller. Then, the feed roller is driven intermittently to convey the wrapping paper, and when the conveyance is stopped, the vertical heat-sealing mechanism forms a pouch, the shirt flap is opened to insert tablets, and the horizontal heat-sealing mechanism seals the pouch. In addition, the packaging sheet sealed by the packaging mechanism is conveyed to the discharge port by two thin belts that clamp the upper end of the sheet, or the tip of the packaging sheet is clamped by rollers installed near the discharge port. The sheet was transported to the outlet of the tablet packaging machine by a medicine package unloading device. (C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned medicine package extraction device, in the former configuration, only the upper end of the packaging sheet is clamped by two thin belts, so the clamping force is weak, and a large amount of When tablets are stored in a packaging sheet, there is a problem in that conveyance defects are likely to occur, and in the latter configuration, even after the packaging machine has completed the prescription, there is a long blank sheet between the packaging machine and the rollers. Not only is there a lot of waste, but there is also the problem that a packaging sheet cutting mechanism cannot be installed between the packaging machine section and the rollers, that is, inside the tablet packaging machine, considering the next take-out.Furthermore, these conventional methods In this case, the packaging sheet could not be transferred to a relatively high position on the tablet packaging machine, and it could not be said to be a preferable form in terms of workability and hygiene. A drug packaging machine that can transport the packaging sheet to a relatively high position in the drug packaging machine, can transport the packaging sheet reliably even when storing a large amount of medicine, and can be equipped with a cutting mechanism. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a medicine package extraction device.

A sliding door 9 is attached to the top surface of the casing 4, and by sliding this door, the top surface is opened, and the lattice-shaped partition plates 5 and the tops of the tablet cases 6 arranged between the partition plates are opened. It is now exposed. The partition plate has 12 columns in the depth direction, and is modularized with 10 rows as one unit. (However, the number of columns and rows does not have to be limited to this.) Therefore, one module has 12
0 and can accommodate 120 types of tablets, that is, 120 tablet cases 6. By connecting multiple modules, 120, 240, 360, 480 tablets can be stored.
It can be configured to store types, etc. A stepped bottom plate 10 with a concave center is disposed below the grid-like partition plate 5.
A connector 11 is attached to a portion of this bottom plate that is in contact with the tablet case 6. By inserting the tablet case 6 into the electric connector 11, the tablet case 6 is electrically connected to the control device 8 and exchanges drive signals and detection signals. Since the bottom plate 10 is shaped like a step, it can accommodate two types of tablet cases 6A and 6B with different lengths, as shown in FIG. It is designed to store numbers. As mentioned above, the tablet case 6 has a vertically elongated prismatic shape (4.5ml square, length 300111 mm).
1), a tablet case 12 for storing tablets is formed in the upper part of a rectangular cylindrical case 14, and a mechanism part 13 is formed in the lower part. The mechanism part 13 has a funnel-shaped concave surface 15 on the upper surface, defines a hole 16 in the center of this concave surface, and has a semi-cylindrical body 17 and 18 divided into two in the axial direction, and both semi-cylindrical bodies. It consists of two support shafts 19 and 20 that support the body, and a DC motor 22 that rotationally drives these support shafts via a gear reduction device 21. And the support shaft 19.20

moves up and down alternately. The semi-cylindrical body 17.18 has a claw piece 24.25 for separating the tablet that has fallen through the hole 16, and a detection arm 26.25 for detecting the presence or absence of the tablet. 27 are respectively attached, and a convex portion 28 that adjusts the amount of protrusion of the claw pieces 24, 25 into the hole l6 by vertically moving the semi-cylindrical body.
, 29 are formed. As shown in FIG. 5, the claw pieces 24,
25 and the detection arms 26 and 27 enter and retract into the hole 16, the tablets are aligned and separated one by one and sent downward, and the end of the detection arm 27 on the descending side hits the projection 30 and When it retreats, the tablets are discharged one by one from the discharge port 31 at the bottom. Here, a shielding plate 32 is attached to the end of one of the detection arms 26, and a reed switch 33 and a magnet 34 are arranged on both sides of this shielding plate. Then, when the tablet pushed by the descending claw piece 25 pushes down the rising detection arm 26, that is, in the state shown in FIG. 5, the shield plate moves and makes the reed switch 33 conductive. , to obtain the tablet ejection signal. Note that if there is no tablet on the detection arm 26, the arm will not be pushed down by the tablet, so the shielding plate 32
does not move. Reference numeral 35 designates a hopper having a triangular cross-section that is high at the front and back and low at the center, and the tablets discharged from the tablet case 6 are guided by this hopper 35 to the center of the hopper in the front and back direction.

This hopper has a structure that is simply locked to the casing 4, and can be removed without using any special tools, making cleaning such as removing powder powder easy. 36,
A pair of conveyors 37 are installed at the bottom of the hopper 35, and transport the tablets dropped at the center of the hopper 35 in the front-rear direction to the center in the left-right direction. The loading mechanism 7 is composed of a movable container 39 which is movable in the front-rear direction and whose bottom plate 38 is opened when the container is moved forward, and a paper opening device 40 which widens the entrance before the container is inserted into the medicine package paper. Conveyor 36. When a package of tablets is collected in the movable container 39 by the movable container 37, the container is horizontally moved forward, the bottom hole 38 is opened, and the tablets are put into the medicine packaging paper. The packaging machine section 3 includes a roller 42 around which a packaging sheet 41 which can be thermally welded and has been folded in two in advance is wound around, a tension arm 43, and a tension arm 43 that heat-seals the packaging sheet into a T-shape to form a continuous pouch. It is composed of a T-shaped heat sealing mechanism 44, a printer device 45 that prints predetermined items such as prescription data on each sachet, and a feed roller 46 that intermittently feeds out sheet-shaped sachets. Then, the feed roller 46
is intermittently driven by a drive motor (not shown) to feed out the packaging sheet 41, and when the feeding is stopped, the compartment part of each sachet and about the lower half of the opening side are thermally welded by the heat sealing mechanism 44, A movable container 3 which forms a sachet with the upper half of the opening side open, and stores one package of tablets from the opening of the sachet after being pushed wide by the paper opening device 40.
9 is inserted, the bottom plate 38 of the container is opened, and one package of tablets is put into the sachet. Thereafter, by the operation of the heat sealing mechanism 44 accompanying the operation of forming the next sachet, the opening of the upper half of the sachet is thermally welded, and the sachet containing the tablets is sealed. Here, simultaneously with the operation of inserting tablets into the sachets by the above-described loading mechanism 7, prescription data is printed onto the sachets by the printer device 45. Finally, the sachets are sent out in a continuous sheet to the upper medicine package discharge port 47 by a medicine package unloading device 48, which will be described later. It should be noted that the packaging sheet 41 passing through the input mechanism 7 is sent vertically downward with the fold line facing toward you, as shown in FIG. The medicine package extraction device 48 includes an L-shaped frame 50 disposed at the front corner of the casing 4, a lower roller 51 and an upper swinging roller 52 disposed at the lower end of the frame, and An upper roller 53 and a lower roller 54 installed at the upper end of the frame 50, an upper belt drive pulley 55 and a lower belt drive pulley 56 installed at the corner of the frame 50, and an upper tension roller 57.58. .59, the lower tension roller 60, the lower clamping roller 61, the upper swinging roller 52, the upper belt swinging pulley 55, the upper flat belt 62 stretched around the upper roller 53, the lower roller 51, A lower tension roller 60, a lower flat belt 63 stretched around the lower roller 54, and a lower tension device 66 that constantly biases the support shaft 64 of the lower roller 51 in the direction in which the lower flat belt 63 is stretched by a spring 65;
An upper tension device 6 that constantly biases the support shaft 67 of the upper roller 53 in the direction in which the upper flat belt 62 is stretched by a spring 68.
It consists of 9. Here, the upper belt drive pulley 55
The lower belt driving bobbin 56 is rotated in the same direction by the belt 70, causing the upper and lower belts 62 and 63 to run as shown by the arrows in FIG. Further, the upper swinging roller 52 and the upper tension roller 57 are connected to the spring 7.
A swinging device 73 that swings up and down with a support shaft 72 as a fulcrum by 1.
It is installed on. Further, a limit switch 74 is attached to the lower end of the frame 50 to detect the degree of stretching of the packaging sheet 41 moving on the lower flat belt 63, and when the packaging sheet 41 becomes stretched, the medicine package is Stop the extraction device 48,
Also, if it becomes slack, drive it. That is, the limit switch 74 is used to control the amount of rotation of the medicine package take-out device 48, and when the prescription in the packaging machine section 3 starts, the tip of the packaging sheet 41 reaches the sheet between the upper and lower flat belts 62, 63. When it hits the insertion slot, the packaging sheet 41 becomes sagging between the feed roller 46 of the packaging machine section 3 and the sheet insertion slot, and is lifted upward. On the other hand, when the packaging sheet 41 becomes stretched, it is assumed that the amount of rotation of the medicine package take-out device 48 is large (compared to the feed amount of the feeding roller 46), and the switch is turned ON, and plays the role of stopping the medicine package take-out device 48. Thereby, the medicine package unloading device 48 and the packaging machine section 3 are synchronized. Further, the structure of the upper and lower tension devices 66 and 69 is as shown in the upper tension device 69 in FIG. 8 as an example. It is installed so that it can move up and down,
The elastic force of the spring 68 constantly urges the upper roller 53 upward to keep the upper flat belt 62 stretched.
The structure of the lower tension device 66 is also the same except that the spring 65 is used as a tension spring, so the explanation will be omitted. Then, this medicine package extraction device 48 inserts the prescribed packaging sheet 41 sent horizontally from the packaging machine section 3 from the sheet insertion opening between the upper and lower belts 62 and 63, and moves it from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction. The cartridges are transported in the same direction as the cartridges, and are carried to the medicine package outlet 47 provided opposite to the upper end of the frame body 50. At this time, the upper and lower flat belts 62 and 63 are extendable and retractable by the upper and lower tension devices 66 and 69, so even when a large number of tablets are stored in the packaging sheet 41, the clamping force can be adjusted to an appropriate level. Since the upper and lower belts 62 and 63 have a width corresponding to the packaging sheet 41, they can obtain a large clamping force, thereby reliably transporting the packaging sheet 41 without damaging the tablets. be able to. Further, the medicine package extraction device 48 extracts the packaging sheet 41 from the upper end of the L-shaped frame 50.
Therefore, the prescribed packaging sheet 41 can be discharged from a relatively high position of the tablet packaging machine 1, and the workability of taking out the packaging sheet 41 can be improved.
It is good for hygiene as it prevents the adhesion of dust. Furthermore, since the upper swinging roller 52 of the sheet insertion opening can swing by the swinging device 73, the leading end of the packaging sheet 41 can be smoothly held in the sheet insertion opening. Moreover, such medicine package extraction device 48
Since it is L-shaped, the medicine package outlet 4 is connected from the vicinity of the packaging machine section 3.
It can be arranged over the entire area up to 7, and the packaging machine section 3
Even if the wrapped sheet 4 is cut immediately after packaging, it will not affect the next packaging operation, so a cutting mechanism is installed immediately after the packaging machine section 3 to cut the packaging process by generating empty packages. Itto 4
You can eliminate waste in 1. (G) Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the wrapped packaging sheet can be conveyed to a relatively high position of the drug packaging machine and discharged, improving the unloading work efficiency and improving hygiene. Become.
Furthermore, even when a large amount of medicine is stored in the medicine bandage, the tension device allows the clamping force of the flat belt to be adjusted appropriately, and the medicine bandage can be transported reliably. In addition, the cutting mechanism can be installed immediately after the packaging machine section.
By generating empty packages, it is possible to eliminate waste of packaging sheets.
