純なロツク機構が一般的であるが、六角の対辺が
丁度対応するようにボルトを余分に回わすか、又
は逆に緩めないとロツクをかけることができない
という問題がある。締結ボルトを強く締め過ぎる
と激しい振動、衝激によつてねじが焼き付いて分
離不能となるので適正なトルクでの締付けが必要
である。謂ゆるねじの締結は、強過ぎず、弱過ぎ
ずというのが理想であるが、実際には適性あトル
クでの締結は感にたよらざるを得ないという問題
がある。

ダケースに嵌合され内部からばね圧が附勢されて
押入及び回転可能に設定されるボルト回転操作用
の締結キヤツプとよりなり、前記締結キヤツプ
は、無負荷の状態では縦溝からなる係合部にばね
圧にて弾圧的に嵌止した係止体を介して回転伝達
され負荷が掛ると係合が外れて空回転するように
締結ボルトの軸部に嵌合され、前記締結キヤツプ
とホルダケースとに締結キヤツプを押入すると離
脱するように互いに係合し合う係合歯からなるオ
ートロツク用のロツク歯を設けてなるものであ
る。又本考案は、前記のホルダケースには、締結
ボルトを緩めた際に上限位置でボルトの肩部と衝
接して以後空回転するようにストツパを設けてな
るものである。

するとロツクばね2の復元弾力で締結キヤツプ1
が上方へ押し戻されるからロツク歯5,6は再び
係合する。このロツク歯5,6の係合により回動
が阻止されて以後緩み止めの機能を果す。
