[従来の技術]
従来,速度サーボ制御装置てパン角、チルト角あるいは
ズームレンズ、等の被制御機構の低速度制御を容易に行
なう得るように威した技術は例えば、特公昭57−84
85号等か知られている.第4図のように,正負の供給
電圧の絶対値が等しい電源装置lと該電源装置lの正及
び負極間に接続された速度制御用ボテンションメータ2
