Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) コイル部と該コイル部を収納する磁性体製
のケースとコイル部内周に挿入される固定鉄心部
とを備えたソレノイド本体と、 該ソレノイド本体の端面に磁気吸引される磁性
体製の可動部材と、 上記ソレノイド本体と可動部材との間に介装さ
れ可動部材をソレノイド本体から離間させる方向
に付勢するばね部材とを備え、 上記ソレノイド本体の吸引部側に上記ケースと
固定鉄心部との間に非磁性体を介在せしめ、磁気
吸引時には可動部材を介してケースと固定鉄心部
との間に磁路を形成するソレノイドにおいて、 前記ソレノイド本体の吸引部の非磁性体領域に
前記ばね部材が収納される収納凹部を設けて成る
ことを特徴とするソレノイド。 (2) 前記ばね部材は、ばね荷重がたわみ量の増
加に対して直線的な関係よりも大きく増大する非
線形ばねである請求項１に記載のソレノイド。 (3) 前記ばね部材は皿ばねである請求項２に記
載のソレノイド。
