りクラツチＯＮ時を見込みクラツチＯＮ寸前に駆
動用電動機速度指令を増加し、クラツチ完全接信
号によりこの増加した速度指令を元に戻しうるよ
うに構成し、駆動用フライホイルを用いることな
しにクラツチＯＮ時に駆動用電動機速度が低下す
ることのないようにしたことを特徴とするクラツ
