  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 通常時用電源と停電時用のバツクアツプ電源と
    を備え、センサ部からの検出信号をカウンタでカ
    ウントするエンコーダ回路であつて、 上記センサ部は、第１の磁気抵抗素子を有する
    第１の検出回路と、第２の磁気抵抗素子を有する
    第２の検出回路を有し、 上記バツクアツプ電源使用状態で上記両検出回
    路のオフセツトを調整するための第１の調整手段
    と、 上記第１の調整手段による調整後に上記ドライ
    ブ電源使用状態で上記両検出回路のオフセツトを
    調整するための第２の調整手段とを有することを
    特徴とするエンコーダ回路。
